Sanjana is Prem's girlfriend. He met her in one of the college beauty contest where he was invited as a chief guest. she won miss college title there. Later he got a chance to meet her again, when she stayed at his hotel for another contest. They started chatting in the phone and met sometime for dinner. One month earlier he proposed and she accepted. Their popularity never allowed them to meet outside so they always met in Prem's office cabin. Prem told his parents about his proposal to Sanjana and her agreement. But he didn't tell her name and didn't send any picture of her to give them surprise.
One morning, Prem received a call from Preet.
Preet with tears 'PB, Dad got heart attack. He wants to see you. bring Bhabi with you.'
Prem 'ha Preet I'll start. But ..'
Preet 'Doctor has instructed us not to give any disappointment to him. so bring Bhabi with you.'
As soon as he hang the phone Prem called Sanjana to meet him immediately.
Sanjana came to his cabin, 'Prem, are you alright? Why you called me?'
Prem 'Dad is in ICU. He wants to met you. so we have to go to India immediately.'
Sanjana 'Prem, are you joking. Next month I have a beauty contest.'
Prem 'just for two days. you return after meeting my dad.'
Sanjana 'to India. The dry weather and the dust will make my skin dry. Then I have to go through lots of treatment. That will spoil my career. Don't you know that this contest is very important to me?'
Prem begged her but she refused and went out without expecting his answer.
Preet again called and asked about the flight details. Prem 'I'm still trying for the tickets I'll inform you as soon as I get the tickets.'
Prem kept his hand on head and thinking 'what to do now?' he heard his cabin door opening.
Prem 'Sanjana is back.' He lifted his head to see his Personal Seceratory (PS) standing in front of him.
PS 'are you okay Mr. Prem?'
She sweetly asked him. she joined the company as his PS one month back. But she know every in and out of Prem. From his favourite food items, timings, style of work and more over she even reads his eyes.
Heer, 21 year old. Lost her mother in young age and brought up by his father, who also went up to be with his partner one year back. After finishing her college she decided to work and joined Juneja hotel's as PS to Prem.
Prem ' Ms. Heer I'm in a very critical situation now. My dad is in ICU. He wants to meet Sanjana but she is busy.'
Heer 'what are you going to do now?'
Prem thought for a while and looked at her 'can you do me a favour?'
Heer 'yes Mr. Prem. What way I can help you.' she is able to read his mind but she waited for him to say.
Prem 'my family don't know Sanjana's face and name. You come with me to India. You act as my girl friend. We will reveal the truth once dad comes out of ICU. I promise you I will not spoil your image. Think me of your friend and do me this favour.'
Heer thought for a while and looking at his sad face 'okay Mr. Prem I'll agree to do this for your father's life.'
