I dont think it may be Preet's plan..no wonder even if creatives show Heer came for something to house back and saw Ash and Prem in that stage and her so called trust on Ash is broken so she gave a slap on her face 😆..Creatives are masters they can also show even that to give us heart attack😊

I also think ashlesha made a mistake but good for us and premeer, if she has only told that sneha is prems daughter then heer may have believed but she said prem has a relation with her which he is hiding frm heer may be that word and ash faking of sneha serious illness may gave made heer think that ash was faking so she just acted infront of ash today. Just ma prediction..!
