Heer dressed in fine bridal attire sat on the bed, reviving the fact that she was now legally his wife. The family considers her like a daughter and for Prem she is his life and what more could she ask for. She walked up to the window and thanked the stars which were twinkling as if showering blessings on her. Deep down her heart she felt as if her parents are showering their blessings on her. She smiled and then got back to her position.

During the haldi ceremony, she and Prem sneaked out in to outhouse and were unfortunately caught. Since then they were under the strict scrutiny of the family, though they couldn't see each other, they did talk.

The most awaited moment of their life' the time when he filled her maang and sealed all the promises that he will stand by her through thick and thin. The post marriage ceremonies where they had to go through a lot of teasing' everything seemed like a dream to her.

When picking the ring from the bowl, Prem was teasing her with his looks while he silently found the ring and put in her finger and pulled her hand out of the bowl. Preet didn't leave single chance to pull Prems' leg.

She was wondering why he was taking so much time when all of them marched into the room together protesting that Prem wasn't giving them any money followed by Prem himself.

Prem: Arre mein keh raha hoon na surprise hai tum logon ke liye' phir bhi mere peeche pad rahe ho'

Anjali: Surprise' that's good ki tumne itna kuch socha lekin tumhe itni aasani se chodne nahi wale'

Gauri: Right

Prem: Bhabhi aap bhi'

Preet: Aap bhi ka matlab' yehi toh mastermind hai

Gauri: Tu chup kar preet, yaad rakh tera bhi number aaraha mein toh tumhe Meher se kum se kum ek raat tak alag rakhoongi'

Preet: Kya? Ok finger on my lips

Meher hit Preet, and started to blush.

Meher: Bhaiya'dekhiye na Heer bhabhi kitni impatient ho rahi hai' jaldi se bata dijiye surprise kya he???

Prem: Lagta hai ab batana hi hoga'

Just then, Pratham walked in.

Pratham: Ye sab kya ho raha hai?? Tum log yahaan kya kar rahe ho?? Packing nahi karna hai kya??

Gauri: Packing???

Pratham: Haan' kal hum sab vacation pe jaa rahe haina'

All of them together: VACATION'Kahaan??

Pratham: Prem tumne bataya nahin?? Goa, kerala and kuch aur places'

Preet: Wow that sounds awesomeee'

Prem: Happy' ab kya sab bahar jaa sakte hain??

Preet: Chalo jaldi' bohut kaam hai'

Everyone leaves from there.

Prem: Aahh finally sab chale gaye'

Heer: Prem really' hum sab jaa rahe hain???

Prem: Haan' tumne mujhse kuch poocha aur mein na karoon' ye ho hi nahi sakta'

Heer: How sweet' toh iska matlab hum abhii ice-cream ke liye bhi jaa rahe hain..

She said with a twinkle in her eyes.

Prem: What??? Nooo

Heer: Abhi toh tumne kaha meine poocha aur tumne nahi kiya ye ho hi nahi sakta'

Prem: Bohut boora phas gaya' chalo jaldi se change karo'

Heer: Prem cupboard ka key kahaan hai' mujhe yeh jewellery rakni hai aur haan tumhara jeans aur shirt wahaan drawer ke pass rakha hai..change karlo

Prem: Itna pre-planned'

Heer: Well my husband doesn't believe in wasting time you know'

She smirked taking the key from his hand and then after arranging them properly she went to washroom to change.

Prem was folding his shirt sleeves when Heer came out in a deep red saree only with the black beaded mangalsutra hanging around her neck.

Heer: Chalein.

Prem: Haan..

They slowly slipped out of the house without getting noticed by anyone.

Heer: OMG socha hi nahi tha shaadi hone ke baad bhi aisa nikhalna padega'

Prem: Well ab adat jo hogayi haina..

They went to their usual spot and got the ice-cream for the vendor and then sat on a bench by the park-side.

Prem: Hum humesha yahaan aate hain lekin aaj kitna special lag raha hai' haina

Heer: Well isiliye toh meine ye plan banaya'

Prem: Not bad'

Heer: Sirf not bad'

Prem: Good

Heer: Not bad ka matlab good hi hota haina

Prem: Heerrr

Heer: Premmm

Prem: Rukho..

Heer: Kya hua??

Prem instead of saying anything jus inched his face closer to her and licked the ice-cream resting near the end of her lips and then naughtily smirked saying

Prem: Sorry hath khali nahi the' he said showing the ice-cream in his hands.

Heer who went numb because of his sudden action, came back to her senses and hit him'

Prem: Actually mere flavour se jyaada tumhara flavour acha lag raha hai'

Heer: Achaaa to ye lona'

Heer took her cone near to his mouth and then in a moment pressed it all over his mouth and then tried running away when Prem got over her pallu and pulled her back.

Prem: Heeerrr

From the corner of her pallu, he wiped his mouth and then put a sorry expression on his face.

Prem: Well tumne toh apna ice-cream karab karliya' ab kya karogi?? He said with a glint in his eyes'

Heer: Welll' mein' Inching her face closer to his, she made him forget everything and then slowly snatched the cone in his hands'

Heer: I got another one

Then Prem realized what happened,

Prem: Heerrr

Heer: Well I don't mind sharing this one with my husband'

Prem: Well he too doesn't mind sharing with his wife'

They were done and then went back to the car.

Heer: Sooo

Prem: Sooo

He said as he started the car.

Heer: Next??

Prem: Ghar aur kahaan

Heer: Acha

Prem: Aur nahi toh kya' itni raat ko ghar nahi jayenge toh aur kahaan jaayenge??

Heer: stop trying to fool me

Prem: Iss ka matlab tumhe pata hai??? Spy kar rahi ho kya??

Heer: Spy karne ki jaroorat hi kya hai?? Mera special tracker hai

Prem: Matlab'

Heer: Well my heart lies within someone so you know I can sense the signals its' sending me

Prem: Very funny

Heer: Prem itna toh mein tumhe jaanti hoon'

Prem: So why late?? Chalein

Heer: Haan'

It started to drizzle a little so Heer opened her window and put her hand out. Prem smiled recalling the incident when he saw her for the first time' He was lost in those thoughts when few water droplets hit his face and he turned in that direction to see Heer collecting water in her hands and throwing it on him'

Prem: Aaj na tum bilkul pagaal ho gayi ho'

Heer: Aaj?? Mein toh kab ka pagaal ho gayi tumhare pyaar mein'

Prem just smiled shaking his head.

As they reached the destination, they got down. Slowly playing in the drizzle made their way in to the rose garden' There was a kind of peace they felt every time they went there. The arch shaped dome covering where they usually sit has been covered like a tent and it was decorated with red and white flowers' She saw the mattress, cushions everything beautifully arranged.

Prem: So kaisa laga???

Heer: Well ab agar tumne itna sab kuch kiya hai mere liye aur mein kahoon sirf teek hai toh tumhe boora lage gana'

Prem: what??

Heer: Well' not bad'

Prem: Not bad' aaj toh mein tumhe chodoonga nahi'

He ran behind her as she pushed him and went ahead'

Heer slipped on the grass and fell down while Prem slipped trying to catch her and landed beside her. They turned their head smiling drowning in each other eyes.

Heer tried to get up when pulled her on the top of him and rolled so that he was on the top of her. He then caught her lips with his and lost in the world where just both of them existed. He broke the kiss and lay beside her entwined his hand with hers and just stared at the stars enjoying the feeling of being with her.

Heer: Jab mein ne mamma aur papa ko khoya tha na toh mujhe laga meri duniya hi katam ho gayi' papa ne humesha meri jaroorat poori ki hai' mein unse kuch mangti usse pehle unhone mujhe de diya' jab mujhe pyaar ki sab se jyaada jaroorat thi toh mujhe tumhari family milgayi.. jinhone kabhi mujhe ye mehsoos hi nahi hone diya ki mein iss duniya mein akeli hoon.. mein kitni lucky hoona

Prem: Nahi lucky toh mein hoon' kyunki ab lady luck meri life hain'.

Heer: Premm

Prem: Heer door un taaron mein ma aur papa tumhe dekh rahe honge aur unhe bohut khushi hogi ki unki beti ne bohut ache se apne aapko sambhala aur akir apne prince charming ko paa liye' so ab no gham only khushi'

Heer nodded and snuggled closer to him, placing her head near his heart.

He runs to the tent and comes back with a wrapped gift.

Heer: Ye kya hai?

Prem: Khud hi dekho

Heer was shocked to see it.

Heer: One minute

Heer ran somewhere and then came back with a gift wrap.

Prem: Ye tumne kab laya?

Heer: woh mein car mein secretly raka tha

Prem: let me see kya hai??

When he opened, both broke into laughter.

Prem: Tumne bhi

They presented each other a chain with PH locket.

Heer took the chain in her hands and put it around his neck. Prem gently pushed her hair across right shoulder and pretending to clasp the chain was kissing her neck. Heer nudged him back but he wouldn't stop. Heer realizing that chain was already clasped pushed him back and ran around the garden. She came under a tree when Prem shook the tree and the water fell from the branches like rain and she danced around jumping.

This garden was a witness of all the beautiful moments of their life' the first time he told her feelings, her proposal, their silly fights and everything.

As he came out of his thoughts, he saw her standing in front of him with a beautiful smile on her face as if acknowledging his thoughts' He picked her up in his arms and walked back to the arch to make her his in every sense'

Needless to say' the family lives happily ever teasing and supporting each other.

So that's it my first ff comes to an end. Thank you all for reading and supporting me. Initially I started this one inspired from the telugu movie ready but then completely got off the hook still that's ok. I just wanted to write one light hearted FF without major heart breaks.
