There was nothing new...it was just a recap of the last week...Chahat meets Sneha, Sneha calls Prem Papa, Prem goes to Ash to find out if she is his daughter...and Ash says she is...

At the end the narrator asks what Heer's reaction will be when she finds out the truth...no mention of Prem's accident or his 'nightmare' =)
