Preet took off his sunglasses and opened the door for meher. She looked at him but he didn't express any emotion. She carefully got out of the car, and as she walked away she felt something tug on her dupatta, she hoped it would be preet. She grinned widely and turned around only to find that her dupatta was stuck in the car door. She frowned, of course it would be the car door. As she got her dupatta out she looked for preet, he was getting their suitcases out of the car. Preet walked passed meher and continued to the check in area. Meher was getting more frustrated with preet, she was not sure how much more she could handle.

Preet knew meher was frustrated but he wanted to see her squirm for just a little longer. He knew his surprise would erase all of her anger.

The flight was long and meher grew tired and uncomfortable quickly. She was still unaware of where they were going, preet had been successful at not letting her find out. She turned around to see a child wailing loudly and noticed the discmfort of all the other passengers. Just as she was about to ask the mother for the child, preet grabbed the child and brought her to his lap. Preet made funny noises and played peak-a-boo with her and instantly she was quiet. Meher was in awe of preet. The little girl even giggled. Meher turned around to ask the baby girl's name and found it was Amrita. Meher's face paled a little bit but she smiled at the irony. She too joined in the fun Preet and amrita were having.Preet looked over at meher as she took Amrita from his arms. The each held one of her tiny hands and gazed at her. Soon Amrita was a sleep and Preet returned her to her mother. Meher rested her hand on her stomach. Preet glanced over at her but didn't say anything.

They soon landed and a car came to pick them up. Meher immediately recognized the airport- they were in Ahgra. Meher secretly smiled. She knew preet was planning something. They drove to a dirty neighborhood and meher became confused as to why preet was taking her here. They stopped infront of a small run down building. As Meher got out of the car, a dirty ball rolled over to her legs. She looked down to see a little boy sheepishly standing there. Meher kneeled down to the boys level and handled him the ball. He smiled and took the ball from her. "Preet, did you bring me to an orphanage?" meher said.

Preet nodded and took her inside. Once inside, she saw at least fifty little kids. Some where running around, some where coloring, and other others were simply playing. Meher's eyes welled up with tears as she saw the condition of the builiding and the kids. Preet put his arm around her and gazed into her questioning eyes.

After leaving the hospital that say, i heard the doctor talking about this orphanage and how it might be shut down because the benefactor died. i decided to buy it, I thought it would be appropriate since you and i are starting a family. I wanted your help in fixing the place up! i also thought this ould be the perfect way to end our fight!

Meher hugged preet tightly. She gave him a quick peck on the cheek, and said" your amazing, you know that?"

Preet chuckled and said, "I know!" Meher laughed and swatted his arm. She proceeded on to say, " I am sorry preet, I shouldnt have leid to you and i should have trusted you!" Preet put his finger on her lips. "Its okay meher! i forgive you! Waise this isnt the only reason I brought you here."

He then took her to the Taj mahal and got down on one knee and pulled out a box. "Meher kya tum mujhse phir se shaadi karogi?"

Sorry for the delay! i just am in a real writing funk. Infact, I hate this part. Hopefully i will be able to think of some fresh stuff! 😃
