Part 4
Meher got up and went to the washroom. She came out and started to look for preet. he was nowhere to be seen. she called him but he didnt answer. she saw prem jiju in the hallway and asked him where preet is.he told her that he went to the office in a hurry saying there is an important meeting. meher got really angry that he went for office work again and specially during this wedding time. meher was going to her room but prem stopped her.
prem(smiling): meher tumhe apna promise yaad hai na?
meher: kaun sa promise jiju
prem (got annoyed): tumne kal kaha tum mujhe heer se milwaogi to chalo ab milwao warnaa...
meher: oh haan.theek hai jiju main kuch kerti hun. (thinking) app thori dair main mere room main ana
prem(got really happy): ok meher.you are the best saali.
meher was happy that prem jiju was happy but she was sad because of preet. she went to heers room and took heer to her room. after a few moments prem came there too. prem and heer were very happy to meet each other. After that meher went to help with the wedding preparations. a servent came to her and said that gungun is awake from her nap and is calling for meher. meher went into her room. she saw gungun sleeping. she got confused. there was a gift on her bed. she went to her bed and saw a letter on the gift. she opened it and read:
'My Beautiful Wife
main tumse bauhat ghussa hun. tumhare paas mere liye time hi nahi hota.main wapis aya hun to dekh raha hun ke tum ghar ke kaam main ziada busy ho. achi bahu to tum bun gayi.kabhi apne pati ke baray main bhi socho. aj main office isliye gaya kyun ke ghar par tum mere saath hoti nahi. agar tum chahti ho main ghussa na hun to jo gift hai usay pehen ker 5 pm par main door par aa jana.wahan aik car hogi us main bethna. agay tumhe khudh pata chal jayega.

Meher was happy to read the letter. She got a gift from preet. she opened it and it was a beautiful red lehenga. she thought the blouse was too short but she can cover that with the dupatta. she looked at the clock and it was 3 pm already. she had 2 hours till 5pm. she was going to get ready but kuldi called her as she needed some help. kuldi was taking too long and meher could not tell anyone that she has to leave otherwise no one would let her go. she escaped from work at 4:45. she had 15 minutes to get ready. she was really worried if she will be able to make it on time.

Sorry for the delay. I got sick and had an exam. its a short update. next update will pe preets suprise. thanks for the support everyone.

Meher wore the red lehenda and jewelary. she left her hair open because preet liked it that way.She didn't need makeup so she went out towards the main door. As she got there she saw the car moving away from her. She felt as if preet was going away from her. She ran towards the car to stop it. She was able to stop the car. she was relieved that she didnt miss the car because she was dying to meet preet and his surprise. it was a long ride she thought. as she was lost in preet's thoughts she wrote down something on the tissue which was in the car(she couldnt find a paper so she used a tissue). the car stopped. she got out of the car and saw a very beatiful farmhouse. it was just like the house in her dreams. it was not so big yet felt like home. she wanted to go in and discover it. she moved ahead and knocked on the door.no answer. she rang the bell.still no answer. she tried to open the door and it opened. she entered the house and was shocked to see it. it was decorated with roses and it was smelling amazing. she saw a table with one chair and a paper on it. she moved ahead and read it. it said come to the back of the house. she saw french doors and assumed thats the way to go. she moved ahead and opened the doors. she was again suprised to what lay ahead of her. the back of the house was more beautiful than the front. there was a garden and a lake. what was more suprising was a mandap settled in the middle which was looking beatiful. it was perfect for a wedding. any girl would love it. she was confused why there was no one around here and why was this house decorated for a wedding. as she was thinking, preet appeared in front of her. he was wearing a light golden sherwani.he was looking handsome as always.
meher(confused look): yeh sab kya hai preet. hum kisi ki shaadi main ayay hai kya?
preet(smiling):tum bauhat khoobsurat lag rahi ho meher.
meher smiled a bit. preet bent down on his knees,put his hand out with a ring and said: meher kya tum mujhse shaadi karogi?
meher was suprised and happy to hear this and have the moments she missed. the best part of this was that the man she loved the most was doing this for her. she felt very special. she bent down on her knees too and hugged her preet tightly. tears started to scroll down her cheeks.
preet(still hugging meher): main is duniya ka sab se khush naseeb aadmi hun jisay tum jaisi humsafar mili.main tumhe har khushi daina chahta hun aur tumhari har khuwahish poori kerna chahta hun. haan bas thori timing kharab hai meri(joking). i love you so much meher.
meher: i love you too preet.main bhi bauhat khush naseeb hun ke mujhe tum milay. tumne yeh sab mere liye kia
preet broke the hug and stood up and also helped meher get up.he wiped her tears and kissed her lips. it was a soft kiss.
preet: haan meher yeh sab tumhare liye.you deserve a lot more than this but i could manage only this much in the time given.main tumse sab ke samne shaadi ker laita magar ab main tumse durr nahi reh sakta aur mere ghar walay mujhe tumse durr rakhtay.
meher(smiling and puts her hands on his cheeks): main bhi tumse durr nahi reh sakti preet.preet tumne mujhe jitna main deserve kerti hun us say kahin ziada dia hai.mujhe tum aur gungun mil gayay.mujhe aur kya chahiye.
preet: haan meher hamari choti si duniya ko kisi ki nazar na lagay. aur jo nazar lageyega main uska khoon pi jaongi.ab chalo
preet took mehers hand in his hand and led her to the mandap. they got married with all the rituals. after that they went inside the house. food was served on the table meher saw earlier. preet told meher to come and have dinner.
meher(confused): preet yahan to sirf aik chair. hum dono kahan bethaingay?
preet: meher hum dono jab aik hai to bethne ke liye do chairs kyun chahiye hogi.
preet took her hand.he sat on the chair and made meher sit on his lap with his hand on her waist. first meher fed preet and preet did the same. they continued feeding each other. there was soft music playing.preet kept kissing meher's neck while eating. although meher liked this but she was still shy and kept pushing him away. meher was not the type of girl who would get shy easily but in front of preet, even after 7 years of marriage, she felt shy. maybe it was the love or his eyes which would see through eyes and read her mind. after eating, preet and meher went upstairs.they sat on the jhoola which was on the terrace, looking upon the lake, in each others arms.they felt so loved.nothing around them mattered. they didnt need any words to express their feelings. just the feeling of being in each others arms said everything to them. meher was happy to see how much preet loved her and preet was happy to make his love and his wife happy. she was his best friend but today she was his love, his best friend, and his wife. she was someone he had no shame in front. he could tell her anything and share anything with her. she has always supported him and gave him strenght.getting married to meher was the best thing that ever happend to him he thought.after a while meher broke the silence as she remembered it was her sister's wedding also today.
meher: preet hamain ab chalna chahiye.
preet(holding meher tightly): nahi meher.mujhe nahi jana
meher:laikin preet prem bhaiya aur heer didi ki bhi to shaadi hai
preet: oh haan main to bhool hi gaya.chalo chalain.koi sakoon se romance bhi nahi kerne daiga(making a face)
meher smiled and moved forward and kissed preet on his lips.preet was suprised and very happy. it was not everyday that meher would make the first move and kiss him. meher got up and went towards the doors to go downstairs. preet held her hand and pulled her towards him. meher lost her balance and landed on preet. preet put his hands around her waist and kissed her lips passionately. after a few minutes, they went towards the car to go back home.
