first, the terrific and lovely segment gets cut out.

then! bits and pieces of the terrific and lovely segment gets shown on a news channel -- where it runs at the same time as our show??!

i mean! how darned suspicious evidence can that be of petty egos of some people coming in the way of this show getting at least a proper presentation?? i mean, forget the damned ads or promos or sensible placement of show-to-audience time slots! they cut a segment out and show it on a sister channel at the same time??!

i've heard that balaji telefilms contract with *+ included not doing another show that will run in competition on another channel in the same time slot.

what the heck is *+ doing pulling such a stunt off with this show, and that segment?! this is seriously petty -- and that's disgusting for a ceo/program manager to do!

upto now, i thought it was all just between *+ and the production firm.

this? this is truly blatant (to my naive viewer eye) discrimination.

🤔 hey blueocean -- i know, i wanna see it too, of course. more than --- most things that i want at any rate! 😆

but i think that the contract about this show between *+ and balaji tele is (probably) that *+ owns the show. they've got copyright? so if anything comes out -- even on youtube, etc, that gives *+ all the rights to go after balaji tele legally to sue them, take them to court and get money out of them.

and i am pretty sure that there are *+-employees who lurk here on the phorum and will be able to figure out if we get even a bootleg (blackmarket) version of the 10/07/2nd-part.

so if anyone does put it out, it will be their jobs on the line. and in such times, i don't think anyone will take the chance.

except... hey! i have an idea. i don't think it'll be easy for us to get to see the filmed part of the show if *+ doesn't put it out. but! i think that the script will be balaji telefilm copyright??! so maybe, at least we can see if we can get our hands on the black-market version of the script for 10/07/2nd-part??! ooooh.... 'cause i can then just perfectly imagine prem and heer in the script! all by myself..!!

i just don't understand the blatant way in which *+ is discriminating against this show. why aren't all the other production companies getting terrified of working with *+? or did balaji tele really have some seriously super-duper deal that was totally in their favour, which no-one ever gets now?

i'm not sure that they're trying very hard to get it off the air -- are there other shows that can easily come in as an afternoon replacement? 'cause i don't think the other balaji tele show -- which is not as popular, i think? -- is getting off the air too, no?

i think this is overall discrimination against balaji tele -- but it is weird how badly they are butchering their own product in the meantime! i mean -- why would they do something that would damage their own chances of getting higher revenues? i just don't get how anyone can allow (apparently) petty ego problems to continue, instead of just negotiating a better situation!
