yeah... for me that was the lowest thing that heer has done so far. prem has sooo badly wanted some public declaration of prem-heer-are-one from her. and this? this was ... embarrassing.

anyone whose read by past posts (tongue in cheek ones) will know that i've had soft spot for her and even suggested she was secretly one of us - a premeer fan. but hey, i'll defer to u and agree that it's a totally heer fixation.

😆 well, i've always thought she was one of the good guys too -- she has certainly seemed dim-witted enough to fit that role! 😆

and in any case, anyone who loves heer that much can't be that bad, na? and while there's this vague hand-waving in the story to tell us that she does 'cause of the last six years of knowing heer, i could (never can) not understand the prem fixation that she picked up - on the spot! 😆 so her being a prem-heer fan, i have to get told a lot more of a story on. but hey! i'm willing to wait and watch -- maybe it is a prem-heer-are-one fixation instead... it gladdens me to know that i'm not the only sucker for this pair! 😆

E, I really felt for prem today. After what prem has been waiting (for all these years really) for heer to declare publicly in words, what he got to hear instead was heer lying to phukda about her father in front of prem! And then claimimg prem-heer-are-one is history! Poor prem!. I wrote in the EDT earlier that no doubt heer is doing this for prem. heer is doing what she thinks is right for prem. the problem is heer is wrong about what is right for prem .....just like she was in ajmer and during the memory loss time. But heer is too stubborn to listen to anybody. once she has set out on a path of action there is no stopping her!!!! the irony is that even when heer is being so stupid and stubborn that no one can understand why she is doing what she is doing including many of us, i think prem is the one who does understand heer..... he doesn't agree but he understands because he knows she loves him!!!! and yet she is doing this for some convoluted reasoning of hers!!!! *sigh* Just like heer was the one who understood prem when he was being stupid during the whole hole in the heart time and when he threw her out of the house on the glob's demand. Even when they are being stupid in turns, they still are so one. Which why i still love them "those two" despite all the idiotic things they do!!!!!*deep sigh*.

The thing that I don't understand is not just heer wanting to give prem away to gi-it, but her desperation about it! She told meher she would make it happen at any cost? Why? Why is heer that insecure? She doesn't want the prem geet love story to remain incomplete? What love story? Huh? Heer, there is only one love story here and that is prem-heer-are-one and you know it too! I want to know what prem is going to do now to get heer to understand that prem-heer-are one can and will never ever be history. It shall just always be! I hope prem just puts an end to this marrying someone idea once and for all. Heer can't give prem away if he doesn't want to be given away. Then what will she do? w&wing for what seems forever!

And phukda, phukda is the sweetest thing on this show! The sunshine amidst all the misery! But the little phukda so needed a hug from either her mommy or her papa or both. As parent E, I feel that day before yesterday (16 sep) when phukda sobbed "papa" from the top of the stairs and came down sobbing that very long flight of stairs, no parent could have calmly waited all that while for her to come down all those steps and tell them what is wrong! Its instinctive to run to your child in distress!. Not only did no one do that, but the phukda who must have been feeling so lost and confused didn't even get a hug either then or later. To me that somehow felt odd.

The glob, of course, reacted predictably, however far fetched it was. For the glob everything boils down to heer! But the glob is forgetting to factor prem's loyalties into all her machinations, and the fact that prem is no longer totally in the dark about the glob! Just as well. High time the glob got her comeuppance!

Wondering what today's epi will bring? Will prem meet heer when goes to drop the phukda or will heer be busy convincing gi-it to go ahead and marry prem? I so hope we get some prem heer moments. w&wing as usual.

Gotta go. Haven't read it so dunno if it made any sense.

y'know what i was thinking? prem drops phukda home. heer's not there 'cause... well, she's at gi-it's trying to patch up her friendship with her.

so prem gets to tuck phukda into bed -- just like he has wanted to ever since he knew of her existence -- and while patting her to sleep, falls asleep himself.

and so when heer comes home, she finds both pieces of her heart in bed, fast asleep.

and if nothing else, she can stand at the foot of the bed, and watch their two loved faces, side by side, bathed in the moonlight, and feel peace and love while she thinks she is not being watched...

er... honestly? i thought of this - and nothing more.

cross my heart and hope to die!

sigh. pity that not even this is likely to come true, no?

so tell me...how will he try to take away all the pain from hee?

Thanks 4 giving a sensible reason 4 prems silence . I thought he was going into major depression after the Heer drama . Poor guy was not himself even with phukda. He looked like he was in a trance. Depressed Prem & suicidal Heer! O E, kis des mein hain inka dimag?
