Guys I have wild guess . The 4th kid would be Premeer. Heer must have given birth to twins -probably boy and girl. In movie style Gayatri must have brought Heer's son thinking she gave birth only to one child. She is selfish right so she wants her heir in her house. She will tell bahanas in the house framing Heer has left the kid in Anaath ashram etc.etc..

Then Heer wil be with baby girl when Prem will encounter her. So as usual he will think she moved on with life and when she sees whim with her son she thinks he amrried Ash.There begins the new love story .

What say...

hmmm quite weird BUT possible since it's BT, so really can't blame you for coming up with this one😳.......OR Ash mite steal the boy from heer without heer's knowledge so that later when she comes back with the child, it can be proved that the boy was indeed Prem's by doing some typical DNA test with prem ......

BT usually does DNA test of the male lead but this time they will have to do a DNA test with mommy in order to prove that it is Prem and Heer's son😕......ok i will shut up......i don't even know wut i m talking abt

stop giving ideas to creatives...as it is we know Ash will b back with a child, only when Premeer hv reconciled, and all is well...then Heer mahan will 4 give Prem for his mistake, and will accept his najayaz child,........this is gross...and an insult to Prem.....pls...creatives, bring the truth in front of evry1's eyes...and redeem Prem.....make him pure and bright...as he is...poor guy will suffer from guilt...for god knows how long!!

Yea i want truth out to ... i don't want Prem to be forgiven i want everyone to feel guilty for blamming him 😡 He does not deserve forgiveness he deserves respect 😡😡
