| The charming TV actress Additi Gupta, who plays the lead role in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, has been nominated in the Best Jodi category at the Star Parivaar Awards this year. |
| "Well, if I've been nominated for the Best Jodi category again this year, I would like to give all the credit to my character in the serial (Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil)," says Additi. About the Star Parivaar Awards, she says, "Star will always have a special place in my life. It was Star that signed me for the soap and it's because of Star that I got an identity." The actress bagged the best Jodi Award last year and is hoping for the same this year as well. She says, "Well, last year I was lucky enough to win the Star Parivaar Award. But this year there are some really good jodis. So, I'm not too sure about who'll win this time. All I want to say is: may the best jodi win!" As far as the entertainment bit goes, Additi says, "Jodis that are nominated this year will be imitating old Bollywood actors and I am going to play Helen this time.
