Today, 7th May, we celebrate the birthday of a very special person.

He is one special person who created Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. If Ekta made the concept, he brought the story and characters to life with his excellent and diverse creativity.

He made magical moments of Prem and Heer on screen. He brought the doves to symbolize Prem and Heer and their Oneness. He made Prem and Heer, THE Prem and THE Heer.

From the time of March 2008 to December 2008, he gave us many and many awesome scenes on the show such as the Shiv Mandir, Rasta Roko, Confession scene, 18th June Mandap scene, and many others...

He showed what relationships are in a family in the most beautiful way. The relationship of a step-mom and step-son, a son-father, brotherly relationship, and not to forget the Karmic connection between Prem and Heer. He made us all fall in love with Prem and Heer with all those lovely moments.

He matched the perfect songs for Prem and Heer like the very famous, O re pia & Zinda Rehti Hain Unki Mohhabatein, Shaayad yahi toh, Veer Zaara, Ishq hua..etc; these songs just made the scenes even more magical that today none of us can see anyone but Premeer wen we listen to these songs.

I came to know about Vikas Gupta from this show, and I happened to come across the show and it caught my interest by switching last channels last April. I watched for some time and then after seeing the chemistry between the 2 main characters, I am addicted to it. It's the only Indian soap opera I watch as I follow the story very closely. Such intimacy between the 2 characters has given me another world to peek into. I cannot go a day without knowing what is going on with those two! I am in love with them and love the show immensely.

Thank you for bringing such lively characters to life and being able to relate to them. Your work and creativity shows throughout the show! Plenty of your fans are so disappointed you left, I pray every day you can someone make a grand return. I wish you all the success in your future endeavors.
