Another option:

The doctor will deny that Veera had the abortion. Everybody will be angry at Nihaal and will decide that they need to end Veera's marriage. Lalit and Kul di won't be in favour of it but nobody will listen to it. Heer will again try to convince but Gaya3 and Prem will stop her. Prem will give her choice either to be with her brother or to come back to junjea house and never have anything to do with Nihaal. She'll be torn but after being convinced by Nihaal she'll go back with Prem. However, she'll be miserable knowing that her brother is being blamed for something he didn't do. She'll try to reason out with Prem but he'll be admant. The only person, other than Meher, who will listen to her is Lalit. He tries to reason out with Prem but he'll just go as per whatever Gaya3 and Veera are telling him. In the meantime Heer will tell Meher whatever she heard and they'll try to get to the bottom of the whole thing. Meher will overhear Veera and Maya talking about how they have managed to get Prem and Heer apart and how they'll convince Gaya3 to get Preet and Prem to divorce Meher and Heer. Meher will tell Heer everything and they'll try to tell their husbands but it'll further spoil their relations. So they decide to find out the reason behind Veera's hatred towards them. In their quest to find out about Veera they realise that Maya is using veera as weapon to destroy the family. Maya has been sent by Rishab to break the family. Heer confronts RR and tries to find out the reason for his hatred towards Prem and the family. She finds out that Sanjana is his sister and she's alive and in coma. She sees sanjana and decides that she'll help her out. She tells Prem the entire story but he won't be convinced till one day he sees Maya with RR. He follows them and realises that whatever Heer said was true. They decide that before helping out sanjana they need to sort out their family problems. They decide to play along Maya's plan and act as if they both are on the verge of splitting up. And Heer will walk out of the house. In the meantime veera will be having the time of her life with maya at parties and discos. One day she gets into trouble with some guys or cops and maya refuses to help her and Nihaal, who happens to see it helps her out. For the first time Veera realises Nihaal's importance and slowly she realises that Maya was using her all along. She goes and confess everything to Prem and begs forgiveness for whatever she did. Prem forgives her but tells her to continue with maya's plan because he needs time to sort things out. In the meantime Maya will be reporting her every plan to RR who is happy that finally he's about to get his revenge. He comes to know that Heer has left the house and visits her and tries to poison her against junejas. Heer will make him believe that she's convinced and she's with him to destroy them and thereby getting back to his house and his good books. Heer keeps prem in the loop and informs him of all their moves. When the family comes to know of Heer joining hands with RR they get very upset. Gaya3 tells Prem to leave Heer. Preet will get upset with Meher and they'll have fights. Prem with Heer's help will get to see Sanjana. Slowly they'll try to revive her and at the same time sort out all the problems at home. They'll arrange for Nihaal and Veera to meet and solve their issues and also try to get Preet and Meher's problems sorted. But Gaya3 will be admant about letting Veera go back to Nihaal. Veera will finally confess everything to Gaya3 in Prem's presence and Prem will convince his mom to forgive Veera. Gaya3 then goes to Kulraj, who hasn't spoken anything since the day Gaya3 called her the step daughter, she begs for forgiveness and Kulraj tells her mom that she understands what she was going through and they make up. Here RR starts noticing a difference in Sanjana he realises that Heer had something to do with it and thanks her for that but he's shocked to know that more than heer it has been prem who was responsible for it. Sanjana will recover and will understand the consequences of her action she'll convince RR to let go his animosity towards Prem and the family and they decide to move back to canada. In the meanwhile Gaya3 gets back Heer home and everybody is happy to know that Heer is pregnant. Maya who knows that her game is about to end plans one last blow before leaving she rams the car in which heer is travelling there by leading to a miscarriage. The family esp Prem and Heer are heartbroken at their loss. Even though Prem is very sad about the child he puts up a brave front in front of Heer. And she feels like she has let him down and the family. The doctor also tells them that her chances of getting pregnant are slim. Heer decides that she can't do this to Prem or the family and decides to leave but Prem convinces her that she's more important to him that a child. They decide to adopt a child. Harman who is now divorced from Maya is miserable and also feels responsible for bringing all this on to his family. But the family convinces him to move forward in life. Gaya3 starts looking for prospective brides for him when they realise that Ash is still unmarried. They put forward the marriage proposal to DJ and they get Ash and Harman married. Dj is still not happy that Prem and Heer get all the importance in the family. She tries very hard to convince Gaya3 about Harman being her eldest son should get importance. All this reaches a point when Ash becomes pregnant and DJ accuses Heer of being a bad influence this hurts Prem a lot. Gaya3 slowly comes under DJ's influence because she doesn't want anything to happen to her grandchild. Prem seeing Gaya3's dilemma decides to leave the house with Heer.

Ok first of all they show us that Prem and heer are together in this faking thing and it is BOTH of their plan to teach Veera a lesson. Gaya3 doesnt belive them and start saga autela track as of now. May be they can show them getting kicked out of the house .

@ nadia: Thanks. but i am just trying to keep the story flowing. Right now they have more or less killed Prem's character and are slowly killing their oneness. So even if initially it looks like they are thinking differently but if it is gradually shown that they are together I think it would work, don't you? My idea is just a broad storyline. Lot of tweaking and a good screenplay with dialogues can do wonders, don't you think? Ofcourse the actors will do their best. I can't think of any other way to salvage the story. Very frankly speaking I am ready for anything as long as Prem and Heer are together and happy. BTW i have given another option of also (little different) i think it's on pg 10 or 11.

yea hope your story line is good may be they show for now that Prem leaves heer ...but later reveal that Prem believed heer but since he had no proof he decided to temporarily leave her to find the truth and proof? Rest of the story can go as you have written it
