Also Lalit did handover the reigns of the house to Prem now....So its all Prem's portfolio henceforth to make all the decisions...

@Misty: Exactly...Prem was just trying to avert a bigger mess...that;s all....

Stuff to Ponder:

I am guessing Lalit's repeated stressing that it is now Prem's responsibility to make all the decisions has deeper meaning than merely doing MayHam's ghatbandhan thingy....

The episodes to come will make it more clear...

Oh yes not to forget G mom's 'I have to talk to Prem'.....I think Prem will be all sandwiched between G mom and his own responsibilities.....

But why is it that my mind refuses to accept that G mom will ever have any negative feelings for Prem??? Or is her possessiveness and love for Prem is what is going to cause further problems to Prem?

Raksha, U know that scene got me stumped on that very day itself when I just viewed that scene, but later when I saw what Prem had up his sleeve & the way he handled the situation I was really bowled over! Never expected Prem to be such a wisenheimer! In all that segment after the show was over I never felt it out of the ordinary in any way because as I said I never expected to see him settle matters the way he did & also because I realised he was handed over the reigns of all decision making about family matters by Lalit himself & he had to fulfill that at that precise moment before the situation was a little out of control. Lalit being Lalit had to publicly snide Mr. Bhinder which at that very moment made me go, oh no not again, don't make a scene in public now & Prem had to stop him then publicly before it went ugly. But what struck me odd in all this was just 1 statement from Prem & that too in front of everyone & it was 'this time Bauji u r wrong'! I never dreamt in my wildest dream that Prem will say any such thing ever to Lalit even in private forget about it in public. That was one thing that befuddled me big time. But again tried to understand the situation & realised he had to do that or else both Lalit & Mr. Bhinder would have taken it to some personal snubbing level with their egos at stake in front of the public. And I think later Prem was going to tell Heer about the plan he has thought about returning the money to Maya but before he could explain she started ranting with her presumptions which annoyed Prem a little & he left in a huff saying he didn't do anything wrong, he had to do what had to be done!

Though Prem handled this very differently but still I liked the way he did it with class instead of hurting either his dad or Mr. Bhinder but maintained the respect of both in this spectacular way!

Thanks to u both for writing the lyrics & explain the meaning of the song as well. Some words even I used to wonder about since I couldn't decipher the meaning. Now its clear.

who else is expecting a disappointing epi today?

Raksha i also think it would be gyatri's possessiveness that would create problems.....just when i woke up today i was thinking what would prem do if gyatri ever asks him to choose between her and heer?

So far they have only indicated about this saga-sautela track not for once they have shown or indicated G mom feeling over possessive about Prem & asking him to choose between Heer & her, right? Usually these people give slight indications of the upcoming track in some way.

So am not very sure about this, will w&w.

But definitely some major drama will be unfolded soon in the family front.

Do u think Prem will already get a car for Veera even before G mom asks for it from the conversation he overheard on Friday? Or will he talk like Lalit to G mom for which she might be offended thus making the base for this saga-sautela a strong one?

Even I am not expecting too much u know from today's episode, the day I expect I get disappointed big time, so will watch it with no expectations.

PS - Neither am I expecting a full break down from Prem either. These creatives r expert in omitting Prem's pain so maximum some tears & a hug from both & that will be it. 😔

Waisey tou nehal is an idiot too i understand he feels responsibility towards heer and meher...but that does not mean he does not have to assure veera a secure future.......specially now that prem is back to take care of heer and preet is there to take care of meher, i do not understand why he got bonds only for heer and meher and not veera...is she not his responsibility? 😕

Nadia if Prem goes to talk to Nihaal then the problem wil be solved in an instant, how will the creatives let go of an opportunity to juice this situation? If G mom asks for a car & Prem subtlely turns her down don't u think it will be more effective for the storm to start? The groundwork will be done on which more layers will be added further by Maya & Veera.

And about those bonds even I found it odd. This brother was not there their whole life & now that they r married & well settled & secure he is buying bonds for them leaving his wife. As I said the creatives just need some weird scenarios to built their story where they can create further more disagreements & disputes. So this is just 1 such occassion. Imagine he didn't even stay back to have a word with Veera when he heard she is pregnant with his child, how weird is that?

Hi Jyoti,

Same here will watch it with no expectations, that way if they give us something goo I will be able to enjoy & cherish it more. Or else wil be disappointed if I expect something good & they cheat us of it.
