At the Juneja's , Gayatri is having a very bad feeling about Prem leaving the house and never returning. She runs to the Prems & Heers Room and sees Prem there in a white kurta, looking at the moon. Content she walks in and runs her fingers over Prem hair. Prem looks back and sees her and hugs her tightly. Gayatri hugs him tightly and says thank you. Today, you made this family complete. Today, if this family is complete, its because of you and now that you are back, I am not letting you go any where.
She looks at Prem who is sitting on the ground and holding her from the waist. Kya hua Prem. Prem is quite. Then Gayatri says, mujhe malum hai Prem teri takleef. tera dard. Prem, tera jo dard hai hain na, tu apne paas hi rakhta hai, kissee ko kuch nahin bolta. Kya hua beta. You suffer in your pain and hurt yourself and you dont say anything to any one. I am scared Prem. I am scared. Let us in your pain. Whats the matter Prem. I am seeing this from the time you came. Why are you in so much pain and hurt. Arent you happy to be happy or are you blaming yourself for the condition that the family is in right now.
Prem just continues holding Gayatri. He does not know what to tell her. How to tell her that he had a choice to make between his impending death and his responsibilities. Gayatri's hands by mistake go on the dvd player and the tv comes on and the cctv recording plays. Gayatri tells Prem about the family reactions, Heers flashbacks with Prem's and the trauma she went through. Gayatri tells Prem that she is as much to be blamed for the condition of the family.
Gauravs Mother sees the cctv recording and realizes how much Prem means to his family. She realizes that she may be alone if she does not have Prem but Prem will never be hers and she will never be close to Prem as much as Prem was close to his family so she decides to leave and tells the truth to Prem in a letter which she leaves for Prem in the guest room.
Prem on the other hand knows the time is nearing for Gauravs Mother to leave. He hopes that Gauravs Mother will wake up to the fact and realize her mistake and admit she is wrong and that she has wronged him all this while. He hopes that Heer has been able to get his hands on the fake report and the original ones too so that he could expose Jyotika. He remembers telling Heer about his death because he knows that Heer would get to the bottom of the matter of why Jyotika lied.
Prem takes Gayatri to his room and has a flashback of the time when he tells Heer the real truth that he had got a second opinion from the doctors and thats why he kept going to Mumbai. He was shocked to know that he wasnt dying and he is now just playing along to get to the bottom of these matter and to know the extent to which the people can go. He tells Heer that his statements to vikas were indirectly related to gauravs mother and jyotika. He remembers Heer putting her hands on his hand, telling him she will play along.
Prem goes to the guest room and there he sees a note. He reads the note where gauravs mother has confessed to everything. prem leaves for the station and sends an sms to Heer to meet him at the station. At the station, the police come and arrest Jyotika as Heer & Prem both got to know Jyotika's licence was in fact taken away due to some malpractice she was involved in earlier. She was set up at the hospital by Rishabh Rampal who had paid her some money to hide the truth from Prem.
Jyotika is taken away and Prem tells Gauravs Mother, if only she had told him the truth. But she is elder to him, so he cant really hate her as the truth is that he is alive today is because of him. But if only, she has told him the truth, then he would have got her home too along with him. Heer tells her that she can understand what she must be going through, so they have come to take her home. How to handle the family and what to tell them, is her responsibility but despite everything and all thats happenned, they still want her to come and stay at the Juneja House.
