Me thinks nothing earth shattering will happen....Both Premeer will cry, cry and cry a lotttt till the last minute and when the time comes for him to leave or for that G's mom to expose him that he was her son...she will do a huuuge palti and surprise Prem and Heer by revealing the truth to them...

Me thinks she will simply ask Prem to stay back with his family as they need him more and moreover he has no disease and that was all due to her selfishness that she make him go through so much pain...

And Premeer will obviously forgive them and they will leave just like how they came...
