Well here i hv a prediction
I guess after the accident prem got saved but he came to kno he is dying. So he thot he will not come infront of the family. But the poor condition of his family n heer made him come back. He joined Rishab to help them. But heer some how came to kno that he is gaurav. Now heer also knows that he is prem n ystrdays episode confirmed that (wen prem was crying). But he cant confirm this khul ke becoz he is dying!!!ðŸ˜
Why im saying this is coz why should prem not tell heer that he is prem.........
n y did he say ki "main jyada din yahaan nahin rahunga"
Or
He has some misunderstanding about his family thats why he will leave them.
Whats ur opinion?
Moreover if he is dying he ll be soon recovered some how😉
