hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii guys in the last few episodes i have noticed one thing , prem is always saying this mujhe hamesha ke liye yahan thori rahna hai what does this mean , where is prem going , is he suffering from some disease what do you think 😭

No yaar, he's acting as if he's gaurav and heer told gaurav that he has to stay in juneja house for three months so that's why he keeps saying that. But now since heer knows he's prem im sure she won't let him leave hopefully!!!
