Where is Prem going??

and why is he okay with Heer loving his face??

i can't take the suspense anymore....

I don't think Prem is okay with heer loving his face........ his actually misunderstanding heer..... he now thinks that heer only liked his face and not him as a hole.....

his doesn't know that heer knows his prem and not gaurav and his thinking that heer is falling for a "guy" who looks loke prem but is totally opposite of him and heer is okay with that...

I tihnk He mite have promised Shurbhi di to go bak to her after sometime. She might think Prem is her son gaurav and for her sake (maybe until she gets fine) He might have to leave his original family. (I dont want taht at all):(

I think he means that he going to settle the family down and u know make preet responsible or what not and they leave 😭....but why. I mean if he has promised that lady that he will live with her....he can bring her to the juneja house and tell them about her and I am sure they will be fine with it....I am confused. I think there is something more and we just have to wait for it. 😛

looks like prem has some "terminal" illness...which is diagnosed by the BT doctors "rong"...but he thinks he'll die...jst bear with it ppl...after all its ekta mame story/show :0)
