the more i watch it the more i think that this is going to be the storyline but Prem won't die, he'll recover from his illness.

we just got back prem urni asaani se toh nahi jaane dege there better be some miracle if he is sick,hopwfull he is not. aaaaaarrrrrgggh why cant this bt people leave premeer alone. please please hopefully your prediction is wrong

I think that he found out after the accident that he's unwell and has come back to the family to sort things out. He's lying to Heer so she doesn't get hurt and therefore he wants her to hate Gurav and planned it so that she thinks he's not Prem but he is.........

Ahh not even one day of peace.

As soon as we are relieved that this is Prem indeed....people are already worrying about losing him again. We really need to chill and take a breather.

Now going to your topic:

But if this was indeed true, he would have never entered the Juneja household again. He wouldn't let his family go through all the pain of losing him all over again...that would be too cruel. And to sort things out in the family - he doesn't need to be IN the familly - he could help them out as an outsider, a spectator. I honestly refuse to believe that Prem would knowingly hurt his family like that.
