We all know that Gurav is Prem and I think that maybe Prem is unwell and for that reason he's hiding his identity.
Why do I thik that ?
Well today he asked his sister to give him an injection and said that he won't always be there. And he gave Preet the money maybe he's trying to get his father to be less dependant on him and more on Preet. He's also trying to get Harman back to get the family together.
I think that he found out after the accident that he's unwell and has come back to the family to sort things out. He's lying to Heer so she doesn't get hurt and therefore he wants her to hate Gurav and planned it so that she thinks he's not Prem but he is.........
Does that make sense?? it's just my prediction I really hope I'm wrong and that he's not sick.
