P/G had told Heer that he was going to find a lawyer when She shouted asking Where he was going...

Harman's at the jail trying to convince Kiran about a defence... But Kiran refuses. As Harman walks out, P/G walks in.. He asks Kiran why he's doing all this... Kiran sez I believe in you Prem... I know you will never do drinking and driving... Some tension must be there, and there must've been an accident... I have faith in you... P/G is standing there looking shocked... Heer is listening to all this with tears in her eyes...

He asks what's your problem? You have a problem when I don't talk like prem... You have a problem when i talk like Prem... Make up your mindwhat you want...
And Let me tell you one more thing: while I'm in the house i'll be Prem. But I'm not Prem in three places: While I'm with my own people, When the JZoo are not in front of us. In my Bedroom!!!!!!

The more i watch it, the more i start to believe that it is Prem with full memory, otherwise how could he behave EXACTLY like Prem in just one second, there should be some slight difference in his attitide if he is not Prem. It is just that he behaves not like Prem in front of heer. For some reason, he wants heer to hate him, he wants heer to believe he is not Prem. But why does he want heer to hate him?... that remains the mystery.
