I am on both sides, while I love the new energy she has, and some of her points are completly validated, it was just too much DJ-ish at parts. The charachter has its full rights to be pissed off, hell anyone would be, just the acting, and not even all if it...just parts...

Like when she said "noch longi" sounds like someone beating people up in a college canteen, and then the "chapar chapar chapar" was just....gross honestly..but the worst one had to that head nodding. I think AG would be amazing as a villian, or even as Heer strongly defending her family/values/ everything Heer believes and loves. But the only clash is AG has to get in the character of Heer not DJ. That attitude she used for RR was the perfect "Heer" touch. I think this went a lil overboard. Really this has been stamped the "Kekta Serial" stamp right about now.

And who else her a problem with them using English randomly? Don't know why but it just makes me cringe then start laughing everysingle time I hear them say "idiot". šŸ˜†

Haila...where do you see the arguing part dearies???

Are we watching the same show???šŸ¤”...you girls are confusing me...because all I see is P/G allowing Heer to 'chapar chapar' 24/7 while he looks on like he could care 2 hoots...

Only now when she said anything about his parents, did he open up his mouth...till now he is being really patient with her....well, that's what I saw at least...

And if I see it correctly, this is the last of her getting aggressive...

Because now he will tell her his story which will make her sympathetic towards him and they kinda start becoming friends or at least Heer will start behaving in a civil manner with him....

I think you guys are over exaggerating on the words she uses. I don't see anything wrong in using words like Paise, or Chappar Chappar. It's just an adjective! It's not like she is using the F word or the B word. It's common to use words like those. You don't necessairly have to be a "bad" girl/guy to use words like those. I don't see any difference her using those words, nor I think creatives are ruining her character. In fact, she is learning how to act, and she is doing a pretty good job. I don't think so you guys should pick every little thing this girl does. It's just an acting. Get over it :)

Di, you have GOT to stop reading my mind. šŸ˜† I agree, I see some dosti coming up, with the full drama of course...I give it end of next week will be some truce between them. But no pyar vyar. Am I a dope for deep down still thinking this is Prem...doing SOMETHING! If it isn't honestly creatives kill Heer and have it done with.

@ raksha: I guess it's just P/G's uncaring expression's that make it look like arguments. Really reminds me of the times my mom lectures me and I just stand there listening to it with one ear and throwing it out the other. 🤣

Uhh...first of all no one is arguing, just an opinion. And this is a discussion forum, so say what you want to say by all means, but it a more civil way. We are just saying it was just a lil more DJ-ish then Heer. No one said she acted horribly, the post is about the charachter not suiting the language, like streety-language or whatever. If anything, AG acted brilliantly, she is really becoming a better actor every day, but we are critisizing the character not the actor.

Exactly Soaps, u r right, it was AG too who has to be blamed. The creatives r new, the directors r new but she isn't, she has been playing Heer from day 1 & she ought to know how Heer would react when she is angry or furious! Why didn't she set them right? She is so carried away with playing that negative shade she would love to play someday that she forgot the very essence of Heer. How collected, dignified, reserve & respectful Heer was! It feels so much of pain when I have to refer to her nature as 'was'! It seems as if DJ has passed on the baton to her for being rude & nasty.
In Indian tradition & culture & I think everywhere else as well, we r taught not to be impolite with others, to be gentle & soft, to be nice to others so that others will be nice to us as well, to respect others to get the same respect back.......& what I saw today I was stunned & have to say it contradicts all of those lessons imparted to us. What r they trying to impart here?If I ever behaved this way with such attitude, vernacular & mannerisms I would have been sent to 'boot camp' to rectify myself no matter how ill-treated I was by Life in general.
I understand & feel Heer's pain - to be toyed so mercilessly in the hands of fate, to be played around by RR & pushed to the wall, to be fooled again by a look alike of Prem whom she took as her own Prem & yet with her stunts & actions all u feel seeing her is open disgust. I ought to feel her pain & sorrow & instead why am I feeling so cross & enraged?
She is talking a simple thing now with that 'ready to kill' attitude with P/G, to jump on his throat at a any single opportunity! Even that 'good job' today was said so insultingly & sneeringly. We ought to feel mad on him & yet we r sympathising with him, why wanna guess? Yeah because HC is playing his character with a certain amount of dignity, his eyes says all his feelings, he is amused with Heer with her ranting on 'Prem was this, Prem was that.....' & he is absolutely careless about Prem or the family for that matter, he has that smirk which shows he is snickering at them within himself & yet why do we not feel like wiping that look & smirk from his face? Why do we not feel so furious? Y'day when he left her struggling with those baggage we ought to have condemned him & yet we felt it serves her right & felt like laughing, why? When he left her after reaching the house when she was lecturing her I felt like smiling, why? All because this guy knows how to act & portray each & every emotion with a certain amount of dignity & respect. He knows where to draw a line between crude & sober, politeness & impoliteness, respect & disrespect. That is why we don't feel like thrashing him so badly. He is goaded by her to the extreme limit & now when why & how he reacts nastily with her tomorrow I won't be able to point a finger at him with the depth I ought to have! HC is a perfect actor & he knows exactly how much to emote & what to emote! AG has to learn this & definitely needs to moderate down her histrionics which is getting more irritating than appealing!
I myself love Heer & AG as Heer but when I underwent these contradictory emotions watching her I was the one who felt the most pain in feeling so! So that is where my plight lies, unable to connect & sympathise with her! Again hope I have not offended any1 by this but its my opinion which I couldn't muster to hold back after witnessing such an appalling act today. I apologise again if u felt bad reading this.
Lana.

Lana...I understand your emotions and agree that this is not the Heer personality and traits that we have been exposed to since the beginning, but in all honesty this is the telly world....how can you blame AG and her aspirations for her career? Just because she wants to play a negative role that does not mean she has to be shunned or blamed for that. Like, seriously AG is not at fault at all. She knows her characteristics, but she is an actress and how many times have you heard Ekta's actors/actresses give their input??? On a side note-DJ style is not "disgusting" it's actually new to telly and I appreciate something new.

What's happening? *Shocked*
Acha acha, if this is 'Pyaar se fight' then please continue but if this is turing into ultra -bad then please put Heer super-woman to the side, and Shifali Super-woman will appear...Muahaha
I need to try my Gundiness.
On the serious note, please don't debate over Heer's vocab. The creatives did what they did and we can't change that.

Huhhh...get over what????

We ARE here for this very reason...to talk about the characters, actors and their performances...aren't we???🤣

Because I doubt the mods will allow topics like 'hiking vegetable prices' in a forum that was meant to be for the discussions about the characters of Kis Desh......🤣🤣
