Prem is rather taken aback as he sees Preet with the nails and gestures Preet to put the nails and not say a word. Preet gets the hint. Both Prem & Preet wonder who could have got into the office when the keys were kept in a very safe place and only Prem, Preet & Harman knew where the key was kept.
Heer feels much better and apologizes to everyone. She smiles feebily as she sees Prem by her feet, pressing her feet and rubbing balm over her ankles as she had sprained them. Prem then is wrapping a crepe bandage around heer. Their eyes meet and both go into a flashback mode.
** Heers Flashback**
Heer couldnt believe her eyes, when she saw Prem in her room on the wedding day. For her, it was a dream come true. At first she couldnt believe her eyes and she couldnt believe that Prem was Alive. Her Prem. Time kept to a standstill for her as Prem stood her. Time fell short even when he walked towards his over the chest, took her hand, and crossed it over his hand over his heart saying love and then moved her hand back to her hand saying you.
Time for her further kept still as she kept looking at him, with nothing but questions.
Heer rembered Gayatri Ma, coming to her on her wedding morning, telling her that Prem is here and dont get married to Rishabh Rampal. Heer remembered, Gayatri Ma telling Her that Prem was alive and that he promised he would come and he will.
As Prem stood there, How, When, Where, What , Why all these were questions running in her mind, answers to which she got, one day when Prem was wanting to watch a movie and came across the CCTV recording and put that on.
It was that day, heer realized the pain, Prem went through and the ordeal, he went through in the bomb blast. It was that day, she realized the hurt that must have been there and It was that day, she decided to be Prems strength and helping him get over his weekness and fears..

Heer then remembered going to the shiv mandir on the morning of her wedding, and she remembered seeing a guy there infront of the shiv ji ki murti kneeling infront of the murti and asking god to give him the strength ... She rememberd hiding behind the pillar as the guy cried and said, Main Prem Hoon par main kisse ko nahin bata sakta ki Main Preem Hoon aur zinda hoon...ki main yeh sab parivar ko woh kushii lautene ke liye kar raha hoon, jo woh bhool chuke hai.. dekha na kaise sab log jeena bhool gaye hain.... heer se sach chupa raha hoon...heer se sach chupana ka matlab hai... khud ghut ghut kar mar raha hoon... par kaise main usse takleef main dekh loo... kaaise bol doon main usse, ki isse ghar ka ek sadasya hai jo uskee jaan ka dushman hai....kaise bol doon usse ki main usse khona nahin chahta aur jab tak main yeh nahin jaan leta ki woh kaun hai, kuch nahin bata sakta main usse... bas himmat de sakta hoon..
Prem remembered wiping his tears and then going away from there when he heard some one approaching and he hid behind a pillar only to see heer there and cry her heart out at the step she was taking...
Prem remembered wiping his tears and going away, he remenbered feeling heers pain with his and as he going away, the win blew and heers duppatta flew on his face. Both felt each other presence. Prem ran away from there as Heer kept wondering if Prem was there.
** End of Prems Flashback**
Prem knew the reason he came back was not only to get to know about the truth of sanjana but also to know , who was wanting to kill Heer. He rembered becoming Gaurav to uncover the two truth. Getting to know some one could be after heers life came as a shock to him when he realized the same one day.....
