I said this exact thing in another post, i noticed it the moment they did a close up of prem (after i stopped drooling). But, I was so happy, i thought it was so cute! In fact I noticed it because, i think someone else (kimmu I think) had posted about how cute it would be if harshad offered his coat for additi to wear, and here it came true... lol.

If you look at more picture of her in the coat then you'll notice that its her own jacket, because it fits her perfectly.

i no its harshads because... if you look in todays episode harshad is wearing that jumper under his black long cloak
