Well after that he didn't have a heart problem. Gaurav's mom lied to Prem so Prem comes back to Heer. Then Maya and Veera plan to kick Heer out of the house. Veera gets pregnant and then gets an abortion, telling the whole family that Nihaal is responsible for the miscarriage. G3 starts hating Heer because of Veera. Veera and Nihaal are getting a divorce but then Nihaal stops it. Veera starts to fall for Nihaal and then she dies trying to impress him by lighting a fire. Prem gets really mad and then sends Nihaal to jail. Heer is upset. Raj enters as Heer's old best friend. G3 takes this oppurtunity to tell Prem stuff against Heer. Like once she took Heer's payal and put it in Raj's Jacket. Prem still trusts Heer. G3 also hires a guy, Sameer to blackmail Heer. Sameer tells Heer that Prem got into an accident in Canada and he took the blame. Now he wants more money for it. This was all a lie. Heer doesn't tell Prem cause she doesn't wanna see him go through this again. Sameer dies when Raj and Heer go to his hotel room. Raj and Sameer have a huge fight. Before that, Raj and Heer had to get a hotel room next to Sameers to get Sameer's key. They sign in as Mr and Mrs Prem Jueneja. Then Prem gets a call from a hotel and he doesn't remember coming here and all. So he see a footage of that day and see Raj and Heer together. He gets super mad and makes a HUGE scene at a restaurant. Heer gets mad that Prem is thinking that Heer and Raj together. They are only friends. Raj and Heer only used to meet cause of Sameer thingy. Then Prem gets drunk and Ash goes after him. She finds him and takes him to Kasuli. He is drunk and they both sleep on the bed. Prem wakes up the next morning and see Ash and think that him and Ash did something last night. Heer comes there and tells Prem everything about Sameer and all. Then she sees Ash on the bed in the same room. She gets mad and starts crying. That was all Ash's plan to get some revenge on Heer because of Preet and Meher. Heer leaves everything and the house. Prem tries to stop her but she tells him not to come after her. So all these misunderstandings are because of Maya, Veera (who died), G3 (yes, she did this to his son), and Ash!!
