Golden Moments
Part 2:
As the train pulled back on the station, Heer wiped her tears before getting off. She decided on forgetting about everything, of course she wont forget Prem but she can act like it so if in the future she meets Prem, she is strong enough to face him.....which she knew will happen sooner than she will think. Heer sighed sadly this is it....i m gonna live a new life....he vai guru, Prem, Meher, aur vo pariwaar hamesha khush rahe. Thoughts of Prem flooded her memory when she stepped out of the train going towards her new life routine..........little did she know that 2 hours later, Prem's whole family would be mourning at her death in an accident that occurred only a bit farther than Amritsar.
1 hour later
Prem couldn't believe it, he was holding Heer's letter in his hand. Why would she do something like that? I thought she lost her memory, but she was doing that so she could get away from me. Why? Yes, it was true that bauji didn't used to like her but now he did, and thats why he sent me here to get her but this.....oh god, kyun kiya tumne mere sath aesa, I loved her, I loved her dammit. Aur baatein to aise likhi hain ke jese wo kabhi dobara meri zindagi me nahi aegi (she wrote this letter like she wont ever return to me agin). Prem's eyes welld up seeing the letter in his hand telling him that he will never see her again. Prem snapped out of his traumatic state as soon as he heard bauji called his name "Prem beta jalidi heer ko le ke aa, sab entezar kar rahe hai, drama duljeet shuru ho gaya hai, Heer deserve to see this". (Prem, hurry and bring Heer over here, she deserve to see the drama that dulgeet is putting on) What am I going to tell Bauji.... he would die of shock Prem walked out of Heer's room as these thoughts begin taking form in his already confused head.
Prem walked inthe hallway that Dulgeet was asking for forgiveness. As soon as he saw Prem, he said, "ab tumhari saza Heer aur Meher bataen gi"(now Heer and Meher will tell the punishment you deserve) he finished. Prem came forwar with teary eyes, "Nahi bauji Heer nahi bataegi" (no, father heer wont tell). His father was very confused now and he lokked up to meet up with another teary eyes. "She's gone, wo chali gayi hume chor kar" (she left us). He handed the letter that Heer wrote to Bauji. As Bauji read what it said, his expression changed from happy to horrified one. He looked up in Prem's eyes and saw the tension. He was pissed now, "police le jao is Dulgeet ko aur iske pati ko bhi" the police took both of them together with Dulgeet crying loudly.
Everyone looked at each other in confusion. Meher decided to come forward, "Prem bhaiya, Heer didi kaha hai" (Prem, Where is Heer). His father came forward with the letter and handed to Meher". She took the letter confused and read it loudly so everyone could hear it:
Dear Prem,
Meri wajay se tumhe aur tumhare Pariwaar ko bahut kuch sehna para....I m so sorry. Me yeh nahi chahti thi ki meri wajay se tum aur tumhare bauji ke rishte me darar peda ho gai. Prem jo sach me tumhe nahi bata pai wo me tumhe aaj bataoongi, Prem me hi wo Heer hoon jika rishta tumhare sath bachpan me hua tha aur tumhare bauji ki marzi se hua tha. Prem me tumhe aur tumhare bauji ko bataane wali hi thi ke Duljeet chachi ne mujhe rok liya, aur achcha hi kiya kyunki unhone mujhe bataya ke tumhare Bauji nafrat karte he mujhse aur Meher se kyunki hum Balraj Maan ki betiyaan hai. Wo humesha se dikhawa kar rahe the hunse pyaar karne ka.....anyways, tumhare yaha se jo bhi pyaar mila, me wo apni kuch pal ki happy life samajh kar yaad rakhungi. Ab Meher tumhari zimmedari hai. me chahti thi ki wo bhi aae magar wo waha khush and she thinks of u guys her second family..........plzzz uska dyaan rakhna aur ha wo lawyer banna chahti hai to plz uski parhai puri kar dena, me is envelope me pese chod deti hoon.. aur ha bauji se kehna ke mujhe maaf karde. Thanks for everything u ever did for me and I M SORRY.

As meher closed the letter, tears started forming in her eyes. How can her sister think that I will live happily after she is gone......how can she think ke me unhe bhula ke yaha se nai zindagi shuru kar loongi aur unhone to sare pese mujhe diye to wo kaha se pese apne liye laengi, he vai guru rakhsa karna meri didi ki.
Everyone sat in the hall, all the guest left aready. Bauji spoke up, "I cant believe Dulgeet, she lied to Heer that I hate her and me, I always doubted her eventhough sometimes I felt that she is the Heer". he slumped back on his sofa. The news channel was on and the reporter was on the train station, "abhi abhi pata chala hai ki amritsar jaane wali train # 245545 dusri train se collision hone ke karan explode ho gayi hai, isme aage ke dibbo wale log to sab expire ho gaye lekin penche wale dibbo me kuch yaani 10 log bache haan, aur ye das log se hum aap ko milwate hai" Hearing this, a tray full of glasses fell from raamu kaka's hand. he came closer just to see who lived, and then when he didnt find anyone who looked like Heer, his knees gave up, He cried uncontrollably. Prem came forward and asked him what happened. He choked on his words, "Heer bitiya is duniya me nahi hai, wo is trin se jaa rahi thi, me uske sath ticket lene gaya tha wo amritsar jaa rahi thi aur in survivor me se wo nahi hai, me aap ko batana hahta that ke wo jaa rahi hai but usne mujhe apni kasam khilai thi" he cried uncontrollably.
Prem and all the others who heard it were crushed. Prem felt like a boulder had just hit him, "nahi this is impossible, she cant leave me" he was shocked. he saw his whole world crumbled down at him, Why was this happening to him, Why? Wo mujhe chod kar humesha ke liye chali gayi, she left me forvever........these thoughts ran through his mind as he fell unconcious on the cold bare ground.
