- Afreen gives Zareen tea and sees all kids clothes. She asks whose they are and Zareen says they are all Kabir's but now little Kabir will wear it, and he shouldn't wear anything else until he's named.
- Afreen asks if Kabir wrote anything and Zareen tells her he use to read and write all the time, and he gave the first copy of his book to Azaan.
- Nasreen is staring at a picture of her and Salman when Mazhar comes and sees. He's upset because she puts it on a table in the room. Nasreen says he is not her husband, he screams and she tells him to not scream, and that if he's a real man, he shouldn't stand this defaming and should leave her. Mazhar leaves and Nasreen cries because she wants Mazhar to leave her already, no matter how much she defames him, because she wants to get Salman back.
- Naz is happy because she got so much money by lying about her pregnancy. Salman comes and steals the money. Naz is shocked. Salman says he doesn't have a place to stay and no money, he's goin around like a beggar all because of her. Naz says she'll do all preparations once they get to Dubai, and if nothing happens, she will keep him in her house. She tells him to go to Dubai while she prepares a place for him to live, and then snatches the money back. Salman takes half of the money and tells her he is keeping it till then.
- Azaan is getting ready to leave for work when Afreen comes. She tells him Zareen has given him Kabir's clothes for they baby. Azaan tells her that's very good. Afreen tells him that she also learned from Zareen that Kabir was a very good writer. Azaan tells her he was a bit interested in it. Afreen tells him that Kabir wrote a book, "Haya". Azaan is so shocked that he pricks himself. Afreen asks for the copy of the book that he has.
- Azaan tells her he lost the book. Afreen says she cant believe Azaan would lose a book written by his brother whom he loved so much. Azaan says he doesn't have enough time to sit and tell her how he lost it. He leaves for work and Afreen thinks that he's such a liar and cheat and he doesn't want her to know the reality by reading the book.
- Zareen comes then and tells Afreen that Kabir's been crying while she's been lost in her thoughts. She realizes he has a high fever.
- Afreen rushes to her baby when Zareen tells her to stay away from the baby, she's such a bad mom, she doesn't even know her baby has a fever.
- She runs to Azaan and tells him that Kabir has a fever. Azaan says let's leave to the doctor. Afreen comes and says she'll take him. She leaves with Zareen.
- At the hospital, Zareen tells her that it's all Afreen's fault, who doesn't care about the baby.
- Afreen quickly asks someone where Haya is as soon as Zareen walks ahead. Afreen goes to the room/bed and finds it empty. A nurse tells her that Haya was discharged. Afreen is shocked, she finds a drawing left by the bed. The drawing has Haya's, Azaan's and Kabir's pictures n names on it.
- Zareen starts screaming for Afreen around the hospital. Some wardboy tells Afreen some lady is screaming her name. Zareen keeps screaming her name, someone tells her to stop, but she won't listen. Some lady goes, "what a dumb women, she's been yelling as if the hospital was a sabzi-mandi" Zareen hears and tells her if she were in her place, she'd react the same way.
- Afreen comes and asks her what she's doing. Zareen says that everyone sees what I'm doing, but what are you doing? You don't care about the child. She further insults her and tells everyone that she's the careless person because of whom I've made the hospital a sabzi-mandi.
- Nasreen is all dressed up so Mazhar asks her where she is going. Nasreen tells him that she doesn't consider him her husband, and so he shouldn't ask her these questions. Mazhar tells her he wouldn't if they wouldn't be living in a joint family, but if the family members ask then how would he reply.
- Nasreen tells him to tell them she went to a late-night party. Mazhar says he'll come and wait for her outside the party so the family members think they are together. Nasreen tells him to not come with her, and that she isn't scared of his parents.
- Mazhar tells her to try and understand that his parents wont like it if she left the house alone at such a late hour.
- Nasreen says she didn't like what they did with her either. She doesn't care about such cheap parents, she'll do whatever she wants.
- Mazhar lashes at her and says he wont tolerate her disrespectful attitude towards his parents. Nasreen asks if he will leave her then. Mazhar tells her he wont leave her, but will make it so that she cant leave the house. He tells security to not let her car out the house gates.
- Afreen comes to Zareen's room who has put Kabir to sleep. Afreen asks if she can take him to her room. Zareen says there's no need for that, he will sleep with her today, and that she doesn't know how to take care of her kid, for this is her first baby. She further tells her that she took care of many kids like this, and she will take care of this baby too.
- Afreen tells her that mothers learn how to take care of children, they don't need training, and Kabir was her first child once, she took care of him then.
- Zareen tells her to be quiet for it's too late at night and makes her leave.
- Afreen is upset because even though she doesn't know how to take care of her son the way Zareen does, but it doesn't mean she's not a good mom and cant take care of her child.
- Azaan is shocked to find the drawing Afreen had found, taped to the mirror in their room. It says I love you Kabir bhaiya and has an X on Azaan's face. He hears Haya in his head, "I like you a lot Kabir Bhaiya. Azaan I hate you!"
- Afreen comes there and asks why he's sweating so much. Azaan says everything is fine. Afreen says he is lying, something's definitely wrong. Afreen asks is it because of the painting.
- Azaan says no, and asks who brought the painting. Afreen tells him she got it from the hospital, from the same ward where people with psychiatric problems are kept.
- Azaan asks why she brought garbage from the hospital to their house. Afreen says that a picture that has his name and Kabir's name can't be garbage. That's the first reason. The second reason, the girl with the curly hair in the picture is the one I saw on the terrace the day I passed out, with you. And Yes, I met this girl in the same ward where I found the drawing.
- She tells him that it looks like he doesn't like what she's saying, that's why he isn't facing her.
- Azaan tells her he's listening. Afreen tells him the girl's name is Haya, just like the title of Kabir's book. What a coincidence?
- Azaan says it is a coincidence. Afreen says have some shame Azaan, all this proof is in front of you yet you are still lying. Why are you trying to hide the relationship between you, this house, and this girl? Please tell me, I want to know!
- Azaan angrily rips the drawing and tells her that's the relationship between her and their house. He tells her to not dig at the wounds that would hurt her deeply. He also tells her to forget about this crap and pay attention to the baby, which is better for her.
- Afreen stops him from leaving, and says that if he thinks the relationship between a husband and wife lies only in having kids and taking care of them, and is not about sharing emotions, then our relationship is just a joke. The relationship between you and me is anything but the relationship of a husband and wife. By ripping the picture, the truth you know and are hiding from me can't be hidden.
- Azaan says he doesn't want her to know it because she is a stranger. She is not their blood, and so he can't tell her.
- Afreen says if she is a stranger to him, she will go where she isn't a stranger. To the people who consider her their own blood, their daughter. Azaan is shocked, but just leaves.
- The next day, Azaan tells Mazhar that Haya needs to go back to a mental assylum. He says that Afreen is very stubborn and she wants to learn about Haya's truth, and what reputation will they have if she finds out and makes a big deal. She's going to her house for a few days, and in this time, Haya, and all her belongings need to be out of here.
