Maybe I'm thinking too hard, but I had a feeling she was happy she told Azaan and her lips curved up a bit- she wasn't very guilty about what she did.

Anyone else think similarly?
I think she does recognize Azaan as her husband and out of respect for that relationship she does not give any forethought when she speaks to him. I do not think she was scheming... I think she gives Azaan complete honesty and expects the same from him, and she was trying to establish that.
