Another fab episode today...love how the story is building up...finally the much awaited turn of events is here...Shruti agrees to join Sanjay's office...but I loved how it was all brought together.
Sanjay was so morose unable to concentrate on his work in the office and about to call Shruti putting his own hurt and ego aside...but at that very moment, Shruti calls him instead...the smile on his face😆...and then both of them say sorry to each other at the same time...it's amazing how after 2 days, the biggest of fights melt away and you wonder why you were upset to begin with...lol...Sanjay's hurt and Shruti's defensiveness...both mellowed at the same time and they were able to overcome these to finally talk to each other.
I loved the bit where Sanjay goes, I'm not gonna listen to a word from you, you're joining my office, that's it...this is an order...please😆...that little please in the end was so sweet...and when Shruti tells him she wants the job anyways, such a satisfied grin on his face...
And the bit when Shruti shows up at his office...the way he goes, "Kitni ziddi ho tum"...such a natural scene once again...the way Sanjay tells her never to think that she isn't qualified enough for this job and gives her logical reasons for why he thinks she's perfect for the job...boosts her self-confidence and jokes that HE is the selfish one here in giving her the job...not doing any favor to her.
And the bit when Sanjay shows her her cabin and Shruti is so happy settling in...veryyy sweetly done bits...especially as Shruti laughs in embarassment when Sanjay peeps back in and notices her giddily smiling sitting in her chair...the bit where both of them hold the picture of Ami and Khusbhoo and put it on the desk...like setting up a home...such a sweet unit they made in this scene :-)
The blunder in all this is that Sanjay gave the job to Shruti forgetting he'd appointed Bhavna yesterday...I hope this Bhavna doesn't hang around uselessly although she was being quite chipku today also...😕...and I hope Shruti doesn't do something silly like wanting to give up the job for Bhavna.
The final scene with Sanjay and his mother (so much NBT deja vu😆...NBT viewers will know what I mean)...the way she grumbles to him and her anger at finding out that he gave the job to Shruti...I loved how LOGICALLY Sanjay explained to her why Shruti is better for the job...but still as expected she jumps on the fact that Sanjay is doing so much for Shruti.
