Yes there is chance of manipulation happening in all stunts not just this one. The channel manipulates the result, time etc to make the desired person win. Even previously when contestants feel one person did better someone else wins task by a margin of 2-3 seconds, who monitors the time declared is fair. So it happens in reality shows, manipulations happen, it must have happened here too we never know.

It was Rohit Shetty and channels fault they were not able to clarify such an allegation. Just made contestants shut their mouths with some dialogues, that's not the way. Even when Hina told she felt she collected more flags he just made her shut up. I felt he should have re examined footage and proved Hina wrong.Also drama of manveer coming up with flag from pocket, that do looked fishy too🥱Nowhere extra paper submission happens after exam is over and result is being declared😆 Too much drama to make captains score equal.In this electric stunt case too he should have done something to clarify the doubt.

Moreover I didn't understand why the channel aired this allegation and created more mistrust about the show in viewers mind, they could have edited it and played safe😆

The show is already having good TRP. I don't think such stupidity was needed for that. Who watch the show for fights and gossiping. Those kind of audience will be watching saas bahu drama.
