Rudra beats up Abhi and asks him as to how could he even dare to ask Kesar to spend the night with him. Abhi tries to explain but he doesn't listen. He then warns him that he may have to hit him as well if he doesn't stop hitting him. Rudra tells him to go ahead. He starts hitting him and Abhi hits back. They have a huge fight.
While dancing, Harman gets a heart attack and moves away from the crowd. Aseem sees him and takes him to the room. Kesar is about to go out when she passes by the room and sees Harman in his condition. She and Aseem take him to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, Aseem tells Kesar that Harman is a heart patient.
Pam and Vikram notice Rudra's absence in the party and go out to look for him. When they reach the garden, they see Abhi hitting Rudra. Pam and Vikram try to pull them away from each other but Abhi pushes Vikram aside. Vikram then gets a steel rod and hits Abhi hard on his head. Abhi's head starts bleeding. Rudra gets up but is slightly unconscious. Abhi falls on him but Rudra thinks that he is attacking him so he pushes him away. Abhi then falls in Harman's pool and struggles to come out. Rudra is shocked and is about to jump in to save him but Pam and Vikram pull him back. Rudra tells them to let him go, otherwise Abhi would die. Vikram tells him to let him suffer. Abhi extends out his hand in help and Rudra extends his but Pam and Vikram take him away and tell him not to talk to anyone about this. Rudra shouts Abhi's name but before he could do anything, Abhi drowns and remembers Kadambari's words.
At the hospital, Harman is taken to the operation room. The doctor tells them that Harman has suffered a severe attack and asks Aseem to look for a heart donor immediately.
Anand arrives at the party, dragging Natasha along with him. Just then, he hears Abhi's phone ringing and finds it lying on the ground. Then, he sees Abhi's body in the pool and jumps in to take him out. He and Natasha rush him to the hospital.
Pam, Rudra, and Vikram return inside. Rudra is bothered about the incident looks for Kesar. The engagement ceremony is about to begin but Harman is nowhere to be found. Everyone is worried. Rudra calls Kesar and she tells him that she is at the hospital, as Harman has suffered a severe heart attack. Everyone rushes to the hospital.
Anand and Natasha take Abhi to the hospital, where the doctor checks on him and tells them that his lungs is full of water and they have to conduct an operation immediately. He is taken to the operation theatre. As the doctor begins his operation, Harman's doctor rushes in and tells him that he may call for his help while performing Harman's operation. He sees Abhi on the bed and recognizes him right away (as he is also Amma's doctor). Abhi's doctor tells him that Abhi's brain is almost dead and he less chance to survive but his heart is still functioning well. Harman's doctor tells him that they could transplant Abhi's heart in Harman's so that he would be saved. The nurse rushes in and tells the doctor that she found an organ donor card in Abhi's coat. Abhi opens his eyes and his doctor tells him that his condition is very serious. Abhi tells him that he knows that he is going to die. The doctor asks him whether he is willing to give his heart to save someone's life. He nods his head.
