1. Abhi tells Amma that Kesar is quiet because she doesn't know the truth. He looks at Rudra and Rudra gets scared. Kesar asks him as to how did he get hurt. Abhi says Rudra's name. Rudra gets shocked. Abhi tells him that he is Amma's son, too, and he should've convinced her to undergo the operation when he wasn't around. Amma asks him as to what happened to him. Abhi tells her that he fell. He tells the doctor to bring Amma to the operation room. The doctor tells Abhi to go to the emergency room for his treatment. Kesar accompanies him there, and Rudra follows but doesn't get in the room; he sees them through the window. Kesar asks Abhi as to how did he get hurt. He tells her that he was on the way to the shop when he met Rudra. Kesar tells him that Rudra told her everything. She asks him as to why did he fight with Rudra. Abhi is shocked to hear that Rudra said this. His head starts hurting and the doctor asks Kesar to leave the room while he treats Abhi. Before she leaves, Abhi tells her to inform him about Amma's operation after it has been completed.
2. Kesar's mom asks her about Abhi's condition. Kesar starts crying and tells her that she is responsible for this. Rudra, who is standing nearby, hears this and has a look of concern on his face. Kesar tells her mom that she wasn't able to fulfill her duties to her friend, her love, and her family. She also tells her that she doesn't why her destiny is being unfair with her. Rudra tells himself that it is his destiny, which is being unfair with him, as whenever he tries to get closer to Kesar, something brings her away from him. He gets scared by thinking of what would happen when Kesar finds out the truth; then tells himself that he would not accept defeat anymore. He approaches Kesar and tells her that he wants to talk to her but Kesar's mom tells her to talk to her later. She also asks him as to why does he keep on giving problems to Kesar. Rudra feels bad. Kesar tells her mom to keep quiet.
3. Natasha tells Anand that she came to the hospital only because of Amma but wouldn't return home with him after Amma's operation. Anand tells her that what happened last night was not wrong, as they are both married but she tells him that they married each other for their selfish desires and never loved each other. Anand tells her that he loves her and asks her whether she hasn't fallen in love with him while being together for a long time. Natasha looks at him, with tears in her eyes, but doesn't answer.
4. Everyone is waiting outside Amma's operation room. The doctor tells them that Amma needs blood and her blood group is B+. However, none of them has that blood group. Kesar tells the doctor that Abhi's blood group is B+ but he is not in a condition to give blood. Just then, Anand comes and she asks him as to what his blood group is. He tells them that he doesn't know. The doctor takes him to for blood sampling.
5. Kesar goes to the little 'mandir' at the hospital and prays for Amma's well-being. Rudra joins her and tells her that nothing would happen to Amma. He tells her that she has sacrificed her love to looks after Amma and this sacrifice of hers wouldn't go wasted. He tells her that he would ask God himself to make Amma get well soon.
6. Pam, Dadaji, and Dadi come to the hospital. Pam is shocked to see the wounds on Rudra and asks him as to what happened but he doesn't talk to her properly. When Dadi asks him, he tells them that he fell. Just then, the doctor comes out of the operation room and tells them that Anand's blood group matched Amma's and her operation has been successful. Everyone is happy. Rudra tells Kesar that her sacrifice indeed didn't go wasted. He asks Kesar whether she is coming with him. Everyone is shocked. He tells her that he has been waiting for this day and now, no one could take her away from him but she tells him that someone has to stay with Amma. Pam tells her that Natasha would look after Amma but Kesar's mom tells her to wait until Amma gets discharged. Rudra tells Kesar that he wants to take her with him before something else stops her. She agrees but tells him that she would meet Amma before leaving.
7. Kesar goes to meet Amma but she is asleep. Kesar tells her that she is happy that her operation was successful but is sad that she would be leaving her. She takes Amma's blessings before leaving.
8. When Kesar comes out. Rudra extends his hand to her. Kesar is about to place her hand on his when her mom stops her. Kesar and Rudra are shocked. Kesar's mom tells her that she wants to talk to her but Rudra tells her that he doesn't want anyone to talk Kesar, as he knows that she would speak to her against him, and he doesn't want anyone to cause problems between them today. They are about to leave when Kesar tells him that she still has to inform Abhi about Amma's operation. Rudra agrees.
9. Kesar tells Abhi that Amma's operation has been successful. He is happy to hear this. She tells him that he still hasn't told her how he got hurt. Abhi tells her that Rudra beat him up and had almost killed him. Kesar is shocked.
