It does not work like this. DV should not have let this situation arise. He can simply and point-blankly refuse Anki that he will not come without his wife. It is party for couples so we will come together. Nobody can force you for anything be it your close friend or a stranger. Calling up wife for permission is ridiculous. If Anki had guts then she should have waited and asked face to face.

Very well said yaar, that's what i was saying how can Saachi be blamed here for giving permission when a friend requests explaining the situation. It was DV at total fault coz he shud have handled the situation. I remember that Saachi once that "humare life mein kise kitna importance diya jaaye yeh humein tai karna chahiya" but i don't understand DV's attitude here, y he always gives Anki so much space in his life that she always interferes in his life. How cud she dare to call Saachi & ask for permission if DV has refused & stand by his statement in the first instance itself. If DV can't put full stop to Anki or make her not to cross her limits then does Anki dare to invlove in his life. DV shud be totally blamed . I hate this kind of behavior.😡
