How much money did DV pay for the house? Seems he spend all the money any has nothing left.. Realistically speaking it is OK as he would not have saved much in 3/4 years he worked .. but still wondering how much.. Does anyone remember how much was the loan ? He could not have paid more than the loan and may be some interest.

I couldn't not really understand why bank had to confiscate the factory and a 2 cr house for few lakhs loan.
