Hi all 😛

Well I guess you will be shocked to read this post but I m forced to make it. Maybe I m wrong.

Back to topic...we have been seeing DV's lovely side again fr the last two days...he has bought the house in Sanchi's name...taking care of aaji-nani n aadu...struggling to convince Sanchi fr marriage...n doing everything related to her.

But the point is...where is his own family in all this...He was hell bent on spoiling his life wen sanchi rejected him...He dint even think fr once abt his family...Jus bcz a girl rejected him...he was ruining his life...without caring abt anyine else...parents jaise bhi ho...but at the end of the day...this relationship is above all. But he is doing everything fr Sanchi's family...and completely ignorant towards his own.

Earlier I supported him...bcz sonwebere dwn d line...his devdas condition was justified...but not now...not at the cost of ignoring his family n blindly supporting Sanchi. He is succesful as a lover but failed as a son.

Maybe this point of view is wrong...but I said wat I felt. This post is not anti-DV.

nancy...i see opposite...
DV is a good son...
Love is like that...jahan pyar milta hain...woh uska ho jaata hain...
Saanchi ki family usko luv deti hain...so he is Attached...(moreover..here love is pure and not blackmailed)
MOM loves DV isliye their love shows...baaki in his family no one understands him...so bitterness or angryness for all

Nancy, I agree with you to a certain extent but not fully. Attachments with family depends also on how supportive, understanding and loving they have been with the child. As far as we have seen, DV's attachment is only with his mom. Mom also loves DV unconditionally. Even now coming back to Panchgani has been on the indirect advise of his mom. So I would not say he has failed as a son completly. About his father and brother, they have been shown as ruthlessly business minded. So in their books to be a good son or a good brother would be to blindly do what ever their ask. So DV can never be a good son or a good bro with respect to YG and Anway...
I feel there has been a lack of continuity and consistency in showing his relationship with his family members and that is why we are feeling this...Just my POV

I don't think so he loves his mom...though she too doesn't deserve it...but wen he was in his devdas mode...wen did he care fr her. I toh never saw it.

Secondly...I m not saying his concern fr Sanchi's family is wrong...they love him...so he does everything fr them...but my point is...he is equally responsible twords his own family.

Baki I respect ur POV.

Nancy you forget DV knows his family much better than we believe he does. Which lawyer would not put 2 and 2 together and come to the conclusion that it is his family who is destroying Saachi especially since he overheard the convo between Father and daughter in law. DV had also commented that his Father loves destroying lives. Whereas Saachi's family are an open book to him full of love and consideration. Let's wait and see what unfolds
