JLZ and logic or lack of it.

I am writing this out of sheer frustration seeing a good serial wobble so badly... Why are they showing DV so heart broken and Saachi so normal...? beats me!

Also, all that DV needs to do is pick up the phone and talk to Dilz.. BTW, where is Dilz? suddenly she has vanished from the scene. Where is Adu, even he too vanished? DV is a smart guy. if Anway could have found out that Saachi has not encashed the check, then i am sure that DV is much smarter than Anway and his father together, and he could have easily found out, if he wanted to. I also cannot believe that DV just believe Saachi's mere words at the restaurant and did not want to dig into the reasons. If i was a lover like DV, i would move heaven and earth to find out the reason.. Absolutely illogical.

DV did not check out of Dilz's house. He went with Saachi to mumbai to have saachi meet his parents... he was supposed to come back. How come he stayed back in Mumbai? one does not break off, just like that. Even the worst case of squabbling husbands and wife, headed for divorce will gracefully agree for a period of truce.. no such thing here.

DV gave the ring to his friend? Gosh,, what rubbish... What happened to all that crap that both DV and saachi spoke to each other? All forgotten? yet, he is shown remembering Saachi every breath. Saachi does not even seem to even think of DV... Saachi may be independent but she is definitely not strong enough to just wash away love, if indeed it was as strong as it was shown to be.

DV is Saachi's lawyer too, apart from being her lover! She will need him for sure even if she wants to change her lawyer. DV has forgotten that he is a lawyer too. There are so many ways to go back and dig up facts.. why is he not doing that? Why is he wasting his time with all his stupid kith and kin?

These kind of inconsistencies are usually found in a typical EK show.. i am wondering what is going on here. Are there any common elements?
