Bilkul Special Report, Ahmedabad:

Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara is a new television drama series that is aired on Sony TV since August 15. The series stars Sangeeta Ghosh in the main lead and replaced the show, Nayi Umar Nayi Chunauti - Parvarrish Agla Padav. Mini Mathur, Nikhil Advani were amongst the many who congratulated and wished the show all the best.

Story :

The story revolves around 34-year-old Saanchi (Sangeeta Ghosh), who is a strong, independent woman. Her parents had died due to a car accident when she was only 19 years old, and since then, she has taken over the responsibility of her family, which consists of her maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother, and two younger siblings. She is a busy, working woman, who runs a strawberry farm, left behind by her deceased father and uncle. Her maternal and paternal grandmothers always say that they Saanchi to marry someone. One day their neighbour says that she has a good man,Shivam(Vishal Nayak) who can marry Saanchi. Saanchi agrees to meet Shivam but tells him that she cannot marry to him because he wants to settle in America. Her neighbour gets annoyed and leaves. Saanchi convinces her grandmothers that she will marry someone who will be a good partener. One day, she meets Dhruv (Ruslaan Mumtaz), a 27-year-old lawyer who is mesmerized by Saanchi, and completely changes her life.

Talking to the press at a press conference in Ahmedabad Sangeeta said "the character she is playing is similar to her own self except that Saanchi smiles and takes toll into lighter vein while Sangeeta doesn't so now I am trying to copy the same in my real self also to improve my personality.

Sangeeta when asked by BILKUL as to how according to her it is for a woman to tackle and manage on her own the task as she is playing a brave lady, Sangeeta said " we women are very good both at work and at home we try to manage everything efficiently and have been successful in it largely. The only problem is to change our mind set and have more belief on our ownselves and come out in flying colour with a smile.

Sangeeta with her distinct smile and charming personality impressed the media while Ruslan who is playing Dhruv raised lot of interest in himself and media kept asking about his name and future plans.

Ruslaan said he is grooming himself with the character and is ready for more roles in the future.
