For this unborn they didn't do anything. So far no one knows about the baby except Prachi. If Milsi already knew about it and had been very elated, it would have made sense for these creatives to kill it now to bring melodrama. I guess there is a hidden unrealistic reason for hiding the baby news from Milsi so far. It will come to him as a surprise or shock or even a misunderstanding.
