Just watched the zoom interview posted by Kaash...so thats where he said that he might be shooting for a movie starting in September. So is that the reason for the leap...maybe to allow Shabbo time for shooting.

JC, I dont think he will be shooting right away. Even if the movie was the reason then leap was not needed at all. I mean they can show Milind in jail sentenced to 5 years imprisonment or so and show his BD whenever required.

but then how would the story move without Milind in it....what would they show???

they would show Prachi and Neev trying to figure out who killed Ayesha in reality...Prachi going through pregnancy alone and taking on the added stress of finding the killer...the possibility that the killer will harm the child too...especially since we know that Mallika would never want Prachi to have Milind's kid and therefore forging a stronger bond with him...I think i would have gotten tired of the ditective game soon, unless Neev and Prachi would have ensured to find the truth and punished Mallika...but the risk of something happening to Michi baby is too great to take...and we know Prachi is crazy and wont' think when it comes to Milind.

With the leap...we get a new direction to the story...Michi baby is safe...and tho Michi have been separate for 4 years, we dont' get to see it...just assume it which is a lesser torture than to actually see them apart and pining...one in jail and one in a worse condition.

JC...is the movie that he is talking about Gen X? if it is..I read somewhere on this forum, that the movie has been delayed till end of the year/next year.

don't know Emz.,..maybe...either way...doesn't matter why the leap is coming...i just hope it brings a freshness to the show and has a good outcome instead of degrading the show.

Well they could bank Shabbo's scenes if he is taking a break for his movie..you know how they did last time when he was busy with Mission Istanbul, they banked a whole monthes scenes. Yes, hope the leap brings much needed freshness to the show.

I too read somewhere in Apoorva's interview that Gen X movie will start next August/Sept. Its not this year.

I guess it's better they reunite Michi and finish Kayamath in the best way possible rather than torturing us with BD show, trying to find plots without Milind or replacing Milind (the worst scenario).

I hate BD's more than I do Mallika😡🤢I want Michi and their baby together😍😍
