prachi is with milsi and prachi feels guilty for not trusting neev. the doctor comes and says that milsi is ok now. milsi asks about neev and the doctor says that he is critical. prachi is upset and limps outside. ayesha says that neev got what he deserved. prachi is upset, milsi comes out and she leans on him. ayesha asks why they are upset and she berates neev more.
prachi says that neev was infact trying to protect milsi and that if they hadnt of changed the bullets than neev would not have been hurt. ayesha is upset and feels guilty. neev is being operated on. he is strolled out and milind, asks how the operation was. they are told that the operation was a success but neev is still critical.
prachi goes to the mandir in the hospital and prays for neev. milsi comes and blasts her for not trusting neev. she admits her mistake and is guilty. milsi calms down and says that as a husband he should be happy that she was looking out for him, but he feels bad that someones life is on the balance because of him.
milsi, ayesha and suk are in neevs room. neev is finding it difficult to breath and they shout for the doctor. the doctors do the best they can but he dies. everyone is upset and prachi comes in hearing that they couldnt save neev. she goes to the bed and tries to wake him and and says that she knows he is trying to annoy them by not waking up and she is pleading for him to wake up. suk comes and consoles her. neev gasps for air and the docs put a mask on him and they are amazed at the miracle they have just witnessed. all are happy that neev is well and milsi walks out of the room.
milsi is on the balcony and thinks that there is someone out there who is still after him and now they will be after neev too. he thinks that he has to tread carefully.
a man is shown playing chess and two goons come calling him boss and say they can do a job and he does not need to do it. they say they wont give him a chance to complain. the boss gets up and complains about how neev ruined his plan and that he will finish neev off tonight itself. one of the goons asks what the rivalry between him and milsi is, the boss says that he will tell the whole world when the time is rite.
prachi is with neev. neev wakes up and tries to move up, prachi tries to helps him but he refuses her help. prachi offers him juice but he asks her to leave him alone. prachi admits her mistake and seeks forgiveness. neev talks about their childhood and how he is upset that she could think ill of him. he turns the lights off and turns the other side initiating for her to leave. prachi is in tears and you can see a tear roll down neevs cheek.
