Is Sandiip a stop gap?

There is something that is worrying me. The credits have been changed.Spelling mistakes which have been there for months on end have been corrected. Person who has been dead for nearly two months has been put to rest with his name finally being removed from the credits. Even after all this correction I do not find Sandiip's name under creative head. We know he is part of the team from the mails he is responding to. Does this mean that he is there only as a stop gap measure till the original creative head, Doris Dey gets back from wherever she is (for Sandiip did say that Kayamath was without a creative head when he took over)?

I read that he is also the creative head of a new reality show which has still not taken off. Would he leave KYM if this show goes on air? Is that why they have not altered the credits to include his name? If he is only here for a short while only it will be too bad for Michians. He seems to be doing an excellent job and I want him to stay on.

opti i think sandip has come back to balaji,otherwise he surely wld have mentioned that he is taking over till doris returns...btw where has she disappeared hope she stays where ever that is.....

look at the marked improvement in the serial as a whole ,instead of just reuniting and seperating michi we have characters being actually defined,scenes more organized....i hope he stays put

I hope Sandip stays on as creative director or head of KAYAMATH. I read he is to be a creative head of new balaji soaps for the afternoon time slot, but these serials have not been launched yet. We are seeing definate improvements in kayamath since Sandipp has taken over, hope he stays around as creative head of Kayamath. I can be rest assured that nothing will happen to milind and prachi.

Hope he stays, the show is getting better day by day.

Saju, the credits were recently changed (only since Monday). I noticed that errors of the past have been corrected and there seems to be an additional dialogue writer apart from Dheeraj. Inspite of all these changes, the neame of the creative head alone continues to remain. This is what is worrying me. I know Sandiip is responsible for the transformation of the show of late. The question is will he remain for long or only till he gets busy with some other show or Doris returns (maybe she has gone on ML).

Opti I think they're waiting to see how the reality show takes off, if Doris does not make it and he handles both shows well (which he will keeping his past work in mind) he will stay on as creative head. Even if Doris steps back I don't think sandiip will be hauled out they will share the chair as creative heads, because his excellent work will not go unnoticed... Ekta is one who has the eye of a hawk she knows good from bad she'll never put him aside from KYM...

god only knows!..well we can enjoy him, till he lasts!.. 😊

Munee, if he will be made to handle this show even if Doris returns then why not add his name to the credits. There are cases of multiple names. When Anil V.Kumar was handling direction I know that there was one other name Rishi Sharma or something appearing in the credits. Now there is one more name appearing along with Dheeraj Sharma in the dialogues category.There are atleast three names appearing in the editing category although that is the weakest link in the show.

As to Ekta knowing good from bad, that she already does since Sandiip is back with her. But I do not know what is the priority she gives to KYM. Going by the step motherly treatment meated out to the show I don't think it is high up in the order of her priorities. I am keeping my fingers crossed though and hoping that he stays on as the creative head of KYM irrespective of what happens and his name soon appears in the credits.
