News just in...

An outbreak of the deadly KYM28 bird flu virus colloquially named Michiaria in women in India Forums Kayamth section has forced them to stay indoors in isolation.

According to BT officials the virus was detected when there was a mass gathering of the women and evidence of the infection was noted from the characteristic bloodshot eyes due to sleepless nights, frantic fist shaking, furious typing on keyboards and monotonous repetition of the words Michi moments.

But the virus has now spread amongst immediate family members too, though the women initially affected tried hard to hide their condition but it was too late, infection had spread and separation of the male of the host species known as Mi and female known more commonly as Chi was needed as a precaution to try to control the spread of the virus.

Officials say that the separation is a necessary precaution but too many people have been infected already and they are trying to trace the source of the outbreak. Though unofficial sources say that exposure to both Mi and Chi leads to an incurable infection and though they are frantically trying to develop a vaccine, as of this moment there is little hope.

This year alone there have been a number of outbreaks of infection, Mi and Chi remain unaffected which are the suspected culprits in spreading the disease worldwide and it was in India that the world's first reported major KYM28 was reported, outbreak among these poor individuals occurred in August 2007; when Mi and Chi were seen happily enjoying the monsoon rains, Who knew what chaos they would bring.

Since 2007 the lethal KYM28 strain has been lethal for more than 250 people and decimated relationships around the world including such countries as the US, Canada, The UK and Indonesia and the major concern is that the virus will eventually mutate into a form that is easily transmissible, it is unofficially referred to as the ShaChi23 strain, triggering a global pandemic. There are already concerns regarding the KYM28, but this mutated strain may prove even deadlier.

How kayamath actors prepare themselves for scenes (A journalist's day out at Kayamath sets)

A new journalist was sent to Kayamath sets to report how actors prepare themselves for the emotional melodrama shot at a bungalow named Shah Mansion. Here is the column the journalist wrote the next day.

Let's start with the elders…. The actors playing Mishraji, PL, Daadi, Maamaji etc.
Everyday they dress up in the same style. They always flock together as they know there is a dialogue by M, P, N or A and they have to give the same expression of shock/fear and there is the "thadum thadum" background music to back them up.

Sukruti/Vinesha: She is busy adjusting a pillow under her dress these days. She is really used to get pregnant and create problems for everyone unknowingly. On the sets, she just keeps going in the middle of other scenes and says something.. sometimes really stupid and sometimes super-intelligent.

Aalaap/Bharat: Tallest guy in the unit. You often find him giving expressions of being hit badly by someone. He often keeps his hand on his cheeks and tries to count how many teeth came out. He said once in a week he gets hit by the character Milind, so he wants to be a pioneer in the act of being hit.

Ayesha/Sanjeeda: This girl is high on spirits all the time. She enjoys herself the best on the sets. She doesn't need to look at the script at all as she knows her dialogues by heart (there are a few dialogues for her but said umpteen times). She can often be heard saying either "Mera Milind" or "Prachi Shah" when she takes a nap in between shots. She confessed the reason for her happiness and her spirits – It seems Aamir (her long time boyfriend) has been really good to her these days. Ever since he has been watching kayamath, he has got so scared of her that he never says NO to her for anything. He is scared as he has seen Sanjeeda behaving like Ayesha and he knows if he says NO to anything she can destroy not just him but the whole family. And what else a girl wants than a man that entertains everything she asks for.

Neev/Jay: This guy gives a smirk all the time. Whether in front of the camera or away from it that smirk wouldn't leave him. He tells us whether he is working against Ayesha to help Prachi or trying to kill Milind against Prachi the smirk doesn't change. However, in personal life he is not too happy. It seems this weird smile that he has been putting up with has taken a toll in his personal life. As a new comer he got too much into Neev's character and started 'smirk' ing with all his friends and relatives. This lead to a lot of misunderstandings and he lost a lot of his friends (girlfriends too). Hence he has decided to quit the show and let this character Neev die. That's the only solution he has out of his smirk.

Milind/Shabbir: Being a gifted and successful actor and also a bollywood star now this guy is all smiles always. He is a very dedicated actor. He comes to the set in time and ties a cloth around his hand or puts a bandage on his head before the director says (he knows he is injured all the time). He dresses himself up the way he wants (any kurta, kohlapuri chappal, torn jeans or whatever). Everyone knows his hot quotient and his female following and it hardly matters what he wears (or not wear). He has a very cool attitude towards life and Kayamath. He said he doesn't really know what's happening in the serial so he takes one day at a time. He adjusts himself to the mood of the episode in a smart way. If he needs to be angry he thinks of his angry army man dad, if he needs to be sad he just looks at Prachi/Panchi with tears and delivers his dialogues. And once in a while he gets to do some romance which he does in his own style (he did admit his hard work he puts into such scenes). And the past few months he needed to have a confused look. For that he tried to understand Kayamath story (say any track) and that was enough to confuse him.

Prachi/Panchi: For the main protagonist it's standard expressions. 90% of the times she has tears in her eyes. So Panchi heavily depends on the glycerine to bring about her character into life. She uses 90% of the glycerine stocks. When glycerine stocks are finished by the end of the day, she is so much used to crying that tears fall from her eyes on their own. Only- once in a while she gets to use a lot of blusher to make herself blush or smile. But that's only 1% of her total time. The rest 9%, she has to have this question mark on her face as she is always trying to figure out solution to every problem, every mystery faced by every character in the serial. For this she draws her inspiration from Sherlock Holmes readings and BOND movies.
