Prachi and neev are in her room and neev is questioning her on why she is so scared of ayesha and why she doesn't reply back to her. Prachi says that she won't be able to do what he wants.neev looks disappointed and gently reminds her of what the doctor said and convinces her to try and get milsi's memory back.
Ayesha comes in and praises how good they look. She questions whether they were planning their wedding of were doing family planning. Neev warns her to be aware and that they may be planning to break a relationship. He reminds her of how weak her relationship with milsi is and that it can break with ease. He says bye to prachi, tells her to take care of herself and walks out of the room. Prachi and ayesha are left in the room. Ayesha walks towards prachi and asks her whether neev was joking about what he said. She says that its best if it's a joke because if they are planning to break hers and milsi's relationship than she will not spare them. She reminds prachi that she's already taken milsi off her and that she won't think twice before snatching whatever happiness she has left. She is about to walk out of the room when prachi speaks and questions her on how much longer she will keep the desire of getting milsi and for how much longer she will she be scared of losing him. ayesha laughs and wonders whether neevs influence has rubbed off on her. Prachi says that she has not learnt to joke but she has learnt to tell the truth and the truth is that ayesha's and milsi's relationship is based on lies and hers and milsi's relationship is based on truth. Ayesha tells prachi that milsi has forgotten her and that it will be best for her to forget him too. Prachi says that it's impossible to forget milsi and that she wants milsi in her life. She warns ayesha that she will not let milsi stay with her for much longer. Ayesha reminds her that she is facing her and that she could lay down her life for milsi but she wont let milsi go back to prachi. Prachi says that only time will tell and ayesha says that her habit of losing will not go away so easily. Prachi says that this fight is her zaroorat, ayesha looks shocked at that comment, prachi goes on to say that she doesn't know how to live without milsi and that she wants him back in her life period.
Sukriti receives a bouquet of flowers and thinks they may be from saket, but she sees alaap at the doorway and alaap says that he got them for her to bring a smile on her face. He says that he will be an honest friend, suk is about to trip but alaap holds her and asks her if she is ok. He sits her down on the bed and places his hands on her shoulders. He tells her not to worry and that everything will be fine. Suk feels uncomfortable at his touch. Alaap talks badly of himself and suk reassures him the he should'nt blame himself for her fate. Alaap assures her that he will always be there for her and that he will never let go of her.
Neevs walks down the stairs and sees ayesha feeding soup to milsi. Neev rushes past ayesha and the soup fall on milsi. Ayesha and neev get into an argument and milsi seems fed up and asks them to stop arguing. Milsi gets up from his chair and walks off and ayesha follows him. neev stops ayesha and says that milsi is not a child that he needs her to go along and help him. milsi agrees and asks her to stay back. Prachi is upstairs near the banister and neev signals for her to go after milsi, ayesha looks back and neev pretends that he is scratching his head. He comments on how his dandruff has increased and that he needs to wash his hair. Ayesha is about to walk off again but he speaks out and asks her to serve him some food, he comes close to her and holds her towards himself and reminds her that they were close after all. Ayesha gets frustrated and tells him that it looks like he is drunk and reminds him that they were never close. He replies that she seems to have forgotten that he was once her husband and that she will never become milsi's wife. He walk off to the dining table and starts serving himself, ayesha looks at him and she seems angry.
Milsi is looking for a shirt in his wardrobe and prachi comes in and says that she heard that he got burnt. He tells her that soup fell on his hand and that it's nothing to worry about. She tells him to go and wash the stain while she takes out a shirt for him. she takes a white shirt out and remembers gifting it to him. she is smiling and milsi returns. She hands him the shirt and he questions how the shirt got in his wardrobe and that he never bought that shirt. She seems disappointed but covers it well and says that maybe a friend gave it to him as a gift. He says she may be right. She asks him to wear it but he asks her why he should wear it and that he doesn't wear these types of shirts. Prachi gets upset but tells him that sometimes you need to include other peoples preferences in your life and that he should wear it for the person who gifted him the shirt. Milsi takes the shirt and prachi gets happy, she walks out of the room and the happy kayamath song is playing in the background. Milsi is looking in the mirror and wonders why he wore the white shirt and he realises that it is because prachi asked him to wear it. He admits that he feels close to prachi and that his feelings should not be made evident to her. He thinks about how nice she is and than he thinks of ayesha, he convinces himself that it would be better for everyone if he started listening to his head and not his heart. He tells himself that he needs to keep himself away from prachi for everyone's benefit.
PL and neev are having breakfast, ramu kaka comes and PL tells him to pack a tiffin for milsi. Prachi and Ayesha come there and ayesha tells them that there is no need for them to worry about milsi and that she and milsi will go out for lunch. Milsi comes down and prachi gets upset on seeing him wearing a black shirt rather than the white one she picked out for him.
