In the unlikely (or may be likely considering it is Snakealien who is penning the story) event of WWW getting away with her atrocious plan to wed Milsi, what is its validity?
Now the law makes it very clear that in a Hindu marriage, where the ceremony includes the saptpadi, the ritual of circling the sacred fire seven times, the ceremony becomes complete and the marriage binding when the seventh round is completed. So they need to show MWWW actually completing all the seven rounds. There can be many a slip between the cup and the lip.
Even if they do complete the seven rounds, is their marriage valid? Obvious not considering one of the couple (if not both) are still married to other people. The law clearly states that "Neither bride nor groom should already be married or have a living husband or wife." Ayesha had only got Neev's signature on the divorce papers. If I remember right Milsi had got Prachi's signature twice on the divorce papers and is still married to her. So a signature alone cannot be construed a divorce until it is pronounced by the court. So far we have seen none of that. In the unlikley event that Ayesha has managed to somehow get the divorce in the sly before the marriage, that still leaves Milsi very much a married man.
Apart from this 'marriage' violating the condition that both should be single, it also violates another condition of a marriage to be legal i.,e, both must also be free of any mental disorder which could make them unfit for marriage. Now Milsi's PA I think should qualify as a mental disorder because the decisions he is taking are in a compromised state of mind.
Civil marriage (registered marriage) is out of the question for the same reasons.
But then how can such an illegal marriage be valid? Here comes the sting in the tail. The law says that if voidable marriages are not challenged in court, they remain valid for all legal purposes . And that is why we see a weeping Prachi who is unwilling to take any action. Unless she challenges the validity of this clearly invalid marriage, WWW can still get away with day light robbery of Milsi. Knowing Prachi, she will do anything to safeguard her husband's life, although I am sure the guy is strong enough to face the truth.
So what is the solution? Since they have dragged two religions into the scene not once but twice, I guess (or rather hope) that finally divine intervention will do what the lesser mortals cannot (or are rather unwilling to do). If they still persist with this mad track and show the culmination of MWWW wedding, I guess we can finally bid adieu to Snakealien and Co.
