Magno, the point I was making is that Ayesha is seeing it (in her mind's eye) as Prachi's attitude, irrespective of whether it really is or not. That is why it irritates her no end and is driving her insane. Sorry to hear about your irritation with your serials. I too sometimes want to break mine when they show nonsense. Believe me I had to literally sit on my hands to watch KYM during the PIM track to restrain myself from throwing something on the T.V.!

Wah I kinda feel like I'm talking about myself especially the first one. Anyway I think people are like that, we're after all only human with flaws. Just like Prachi who doesn't posses evil in herself thus can't really see evil in others, Ayesha is seeing evil in everybody because she herself has it inside of her, that too a strong and uncontrollable kind of evil. Anyhow she doesn't seem sane anymore so the second quote might suit her even better.

"Our faults irritate us the most when we see it in others."
This could be true indeed, in some cases we would be irritated seeing faults in others when we ourselves have the faults, especially because since it's in somebody else, the fault looks much worse thus irritates us more. Not to mention the flaw in other people which we don't realize we ourselves have, that could give irritation to us maybe because we don't recognize it but our subconscious and unconscious minds recognize it and dislike it, regard it as a flaw that tainted the illusionary 'perfection' of a human being called 'ourselves'.

However in other cases I think it's the other way around. When we recognize a fault in others which we also have, we tend to be more forgiving, because we understand the flaw. We would excuse other people the way we would like to excuse ourselves. Me thinks many people are not so tolerant when they see faults (in others) they simply can't understand or can't relate to.

I kinda agree with this too... coz what Ayesha seems to be suffering from is not a realization of her faults... its insanity.. there is no fault of hers that she should see in Prachi and realize.. her only fault is being in love with a married man, n Prachi is married to the man she's in love with.. the 1st sentence, people see demons in others only when they have the same demons in themselves, applies to ayesha perfectly... and to a certain extent everyone.. she assumes whatever Prachi is doing, is a snub to her.. and it is natural, for her to do so.. because according to her, Prachi is the main reason she lost everything... her father, her family, and now Milind... agreed it is not Prachi's fault, but human tendency is such that it is easier to accept things when you have someone to blame for it...Prachi being the perfect Balaji heroine has no faults to her credit, atleast in the eyes of her family and Milind.. while Ayesha takes the crown for being the bad person... so it basically is just how one percieve's a situation, while Ayesha looks only for the bad in a person, prachi looks only for the good in a person..
