Petem, the wound is internal. Obviously it is visible only to Prachi's eyes. Did she not manage to smell him out in the crowded road and spot him inside the car? The doctors should have taken her into the operation theatre to help them spot the wound and treat it. Atleast that one year memory could have been saved.
