How dod u land up in IF?

Was hunting for old updates of KS in google since I started watching the show only from Sep 2006. Landed here and loving it. The addiction to IF is post KYM though.

All are my friends (atleast I like to think of them as such). The most number of PMs I have exchanged with is Magno.

What do you like best about IF?

What I love about IF is that I have managed to gain so many friends across the globe in so little time and the one thing that bind us together is love for Michi.

These days it is turning out to be Shabbo (although I dont really cry, he makes me hold my chest in pain).

Mostly clad in sarees for work but more comfortable in skirts.

Dont play any sport right now. But love watching cricket and tennis.

All music (western and Indian pop as well as classical/semiclassical) although I dig the more melodious ones.

Love many. To name a few: Mouna Raagam and Sethu(Tamil); Iqbal and Dor(Hindi) and Schindler's List and Roman Holiday (English). Tried to mix up the comedy and serious ones.

the happiest memory?

Have many happy memories but the most unforgettable one was the day I delivered my son. It was the day I suffer ed the most pain physically and was rewarded with the most exhilarating feeling ever. I finally understood what motherhood means.

the saddest memory?

Losing my grand dad with whom I was very close.

Quit predicting after all my predicions went haywire. Have left it to the great brains of Snakeman. Hope he does not disappoint us yet again!

This is an old Tamil serial by the name 'Kai Allavu Manasu' which starred Geetha and Prakash Raj. The story was very moving and there was some splendid acting by these two and some great dialogues and direction by K.Balachander.

2) Do you prefer to see Shabbo in movies or on your television?

Have not seen him in movies yet. So will have to go with T.V. Also greedy to see more of him. That I'll get to see only if he is in a daily soap!

Have no clue. Once I see a couple they get fixed in my mind.

I guess English. It is the only one I am good at, although I like the sound of Hindi (the one which has Urdu mix).

Used to be a big fan of those when I was a kid. Maybe I've outgrown them or maybe not, since I am still watching KYM. Must say that KYM sounds like a fairy tale these days with invisible pregnancies, sensible kids and senseless grown ups, all powerful vamps and goody-two-shoes heroines, beastly heroes who turn into handsome hunks etc,etc.

6) Favorite ice-cream flavor?

Butter scotch.

7) Describe shortly what love means to you. (how would you define it)

Don't want to sound too religious, which I am not anyway. But I truly feel that St.Paul's letter to Corinthians best describes love. I am borrowing his words.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. Love never fails."

Such love is rare to find. But no harm in hoping to find it or even try to give half of it to the one you care, is there?

8) Your dream car? What color?

Not so much into cars, though a BMW is one hot car. Black looks attractive.

9) About your dressing sense ...Do you..

(b) I guess. More than the kind of clothes it is the texture that I am particular about. Am quite comfortable even in sarees but cant bear wearing a synthetic or silk one in summer or a cotton one in winter.

10) Shabbo in white or Shabbo in black?

Shabbo looks great in all colours, though he looks dashing in black.

11) If Jay leaves Kayamath who would you replace him with?

Maybe Naman Shaw. Although I hope Jai sticks on without an Neechi track planned.

I don't relate to both. I did'nt see the old Ayesha, so cant comment on that.

My hubby. SSShh…don't let him know that…..Dont want him to become too complacent. 😉

More time than I want to! Thanks to your VMs and some great FFs and posts.

Yes, I am quite insane these days!!!😆 If I were sane I guess I'll go back to living my life as I did prior to August 2007.

I do not have a favourite character. Mi and Chi are incomplete without each other. So for me it is the jodi together who make the difference.

  Ayesha is any day better than Pia for the simple reason that she does have her reasons (however warped they may be right now) for her behaviour. Pia had nothing to justify what she did.

No dear, I am not a great cook. I occassionally venture into the kitchen when there is no one else to do the cooking. My son is the only fan of my cooking. He likes my cutlets.

Will not stop him from achieving his dreams although I will give him a reality check first like most mothers do.

Since my hindi is not good I will give it an English title. Considering it will have to start with the letter K it will be "Kiss and make up". I am sure there will be a thousand misunderstandings between Michi before the show is over. And as the creative I would get them to kiss and make up at the end of each, like they did in front of the waterfall. Hence, the title.

Right now it is the new Dadi. She is becoming quite a pain in the neck always saying and doing things which bring no good but can lead to more harm.

But on a long term basis it will have to be Ayesha. Sorry guys, did not get to see her good side since I started watching KYM pretty late in the day. And what I have seen of her ever since, I just cant stand. She is one hell of a manipulative, self centered, destructive, corrupt character. And Milsi is still blind to that!

- What's your first topic in IF and how many replies did you get

Had to use the serach tool Magno as you suggested. I realised it is a topic titled 'What if' in the KS forum where I explored the possibility of Pia either leaving the Walia Mansion on her own or Bani, her sister throwing her out. It received eleven responses.

- Which of JC's mixes you liked the least and why

I love all of JC's mixes. Sorry cannot find anything wrong in them to not like them. If you want, I can tell you my favourite - O Re Piya. The mix is beautifully edited,the song is great and needless to say it has some of my most loved Michi scenes.

- Among your own topics in Kayamath forum, which one you like the most and why

This is a tough one. Not because I like them all but because I feel the best is yet to come. If I have to chose between the ones I posted so far, then I'll go with 'Poor Ritwik' because I was told it is one of the more unusual ones.

By the way which is your favoruite of my topics, if I may ask? (Or am I only to answer?)

Magno I think with that I have nearly completed your grilling, except for the poem on Michi. Though I used to write poetry as a kid a long time ago, my poetic skills have rusted in the last two decades. I'll try, but cant promise you anything. May be at the end I may just give up.

- Milind looked the sexiest in your eyes ever in which scene? Please think deeply before answering hehehehe

- If you have the chance to appear in Kayamath as a 'guest star' would you take it? And what kind of role would you prefer?
