Prachi didn't have suicide in mind

If you study her face, she looks completely dazed and in a zombie-like state. All she could think of was the fact that Milind didn't think enough of their love to believe her. That's left her in a deep state of shock.

She doesn't look as tho she's aware of her surroundings. She's dead to the noise of the sea or the waves lapping at her feet.

If you observe carefully, it's only when she reaches the deeper part of the sea that she comes awake.....I base this observation on the desperation with which she threw up her arms as though pleading to be saved.

If she wanted to die, why didn't she just throw herself off the cliff? That way she would be sure that she couldn't be saved.

Here, there seemed to be many people on the shore and a boat full of my fishermen not too far away!

Yes i agree Pippa.. But then now for the family she would have tried to commit suicide only...Then all the blame will volunatrily go on Milind 😡
I hope she denies the fact that it was a suicidal attempt and that Milind is not responsible for it...although he is!
Lets hope that she's alright..
But i have a doubt- did they show Prachi drowning in the Thurdsday episode? Or did they just show her walk into the water and the whole sidoor thing[which i thought was utterly ridiculous!]?

She was shown as going down...I remember seeing her arms go up in the typical manner of a person drowning....that's what tells me it wasn't a suicide attempt.

Pippa for me more than dazed she looked strangely determined. But I do hope she didn't mean to kill herself. Maybe she just wanted to take a natural, adventurous night bath.

And as far as Prachi goes... She was surely wasnt in her mind... else she would have known better than attempting suicide😡 I maintain she isnt in a right frame of mind, but not dazed either that she didnt know she was walking to embrace death... and at this point... I am livid at her and am never going to forgive her for that😡 Forget Milind, if you dont care and if his confession on the beach meant nothing at all... think of your family for whom you fought in the court, think of Sukruti's raaz... I though that was more important to you than your life and marraige... if you die who will safe gaurd that raaz? And importantly... if I am not wrong you took up Ritwik's responsibility...for what fun? To make him an orphan again😡😡😡

Pippa, I fully agree with you. In fact wanted to say the same thing. I dont think she was in her senses or knew what she was doing. She was pretty much in a daze. All she could recollect was that her marriage would have been declared over in the court and Milsi never believed her. She was too much in a shock to realise what she was doing.

Right now am not feeling very charitable towards Milsi. All said and done the guy did not go to searchfor her the previous night. I found that quite uncharacteristic of him just as I found him sitting mute in the court room. The creatives have definitely reduced his character by showing these two things. However much he would be angry with Prachi I doubt he would take the belittling of her entire family lying down. They did not even bother to show him haul up his lawyer later. And however angry he may be I still cant believe that he would have just gone up to his room without even showing a semblence of worry for her safety. This from a man who followed her to the kidnappers. No there is total inconsistency in the character portrayal just to make him feel more guilty.

Since I will have to judge him by the actions he is shown to make, I would not be too sorry for him just as I did not feel very sorry for Prachi when she refused to declare the full truth at the beach or when she stopped Suki from grieving (two actions again very uncharacteristic of her character). Snakeman is to be blamed for my feelings.

I very much doubt Prachi's on her way to commiting suicide. I think its just one of the false wolf alarms this show keeps throwing at us.

Prachi's a toughie - driven more by her beliefs than her heart. If push came to shove I think she would give up on Milind if she believed that's in his best interests, calmly build her own life elsewhere, even get married and carry on her wifely duties, while praying/mangofying duaein for her ex silently. Like she gave up Neev.

Milind is the one more driven by his heart, and more likely to harm himself in a moment of weakness/passion.

Maybe Prachi's gone into the water to save a struggling dolphin!
