Has wing but can't fly- one guess to go.

A man was driving a car on a long street of a very very remote area. There's practically no houses nor shops on the sides of the road, nothing but forest. He was in an extreme hurry because he's on his way to a city where his mother lives, and he got news saying that she was very sick and wanted to meet him as soon as possible. Then suddenly his car hit something. He stopped the car, went out of it and found that he'd hit a woman. The woman suffered from some injuries but was fine overall. He said he's sorry and that he's willing to pay her for it. She wanted 50$. He checked his wallet and found he has not bills but 100$. So he gave the woman the bill, saying she could take all. But she refused, she said she was only entitled with 50$ for the hit. She didn't want less and she didn't want more. No matter what he said she wanted only 50$. Time was really ticking, and there's simply no where to go to get his money changed. And she didn't want to leave with him. What should he do?- No guesses yet

Q2's answer: Gets back into his car and hit the woman one more time. Then gives the woman 100 bucks. She'll take it this time (50$x 2)
