Now my understanding is that while a man is fertile throughout the month, a woman is only for a brief period. I also read that during this period, her desires are also at the highest (to enable nature to take its course i.e, procreation). It is something to do with the harmone levels. If this is true then Prachi could well be pregnant by now (ofcourse in the very early stages). For we did see her desires were also pretty high during Suki's wedding (much before the famous confrontation and the follow up sequences). She too was fantasing about courting Milsi in that 'Aankhon ki' song even as Milsi was imagining those blissful moments. So I have a feeling that little Milsi is already in the making!
